E. Rochester officer pleads not guilty in head-on crash

East Rochester Police Sgt. Paul Monachino, who was off duty when he was involved in a head-on crash in June, pleaded not guilty Friday in state Supreme Court to charges of second-degree vehicular assault, a felony; driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; and reckless driving.

It's about time his actions caught up with him. He has been involved in other DWI accidents and either got someone to take the wrap or had his fellow police officers lie for him and blame another person.
