A well-deserved "Thank you!" should be directed to the Office of Public Integrity for once again discovering illegal activity and putting a stop to it.

Technnically i think with all the hoopla with bank's going under ...he did the smart thing and with-drew the money that was found in his closet bank and instituted it as his closet 401-k retirement account,a-k-a retirement fund with security home insurance

If the well to do would be honest and file tax returns, thus paying their fair share, we'd be in better shape in this state and country.

I have a great idea. Go pour yourself a tall glass of warm milk and after you drink it, go directly to bed and cry yourself to sleep!

I would love to know how a person does not file income taxes for 5 years and I.R.S. does not follow up on that. I made a $47.00 error on my taxes last year and it was caught very quickly. It is amazing to me how some people can get away with the things they do. Perhaps this time, this guy will pay for his criminal actions.

For the income tax non filing ALONE they should hang the both of them by their, well.. you know!!! I have to file each and every year, so what makes them so special that they don't feel the need to file? I'll tell ya... greed breeds greed! If you live in the USA, you must abide by the rules set forth by our country. IF you don't like them, then move to a foreign country where you would probably be shot!!!

This was 5 years in the making. The city knew he was doing illegal work practices all along and turned the other way. It was only when the other local demolition contractors complained to someone in the federal level that anything was done.

The City of Rochester should be ashamed of them selves.

Now dig up the areas that he worked on and you will find that they have been backfilled with asbestos related debris.

And go look at his property on Buffalo Road, in back of Ezzy's Resturant. He has piles of debris he dumped there, no doubt contaminated with asbestos as well.

Do you realize how much asbesto contamination he littered our neighborhoods with.
and what about YOU

If you knew so much, why didn't YOU notify federal officials? When you say "the City did nothing", it sounds like you're talking about yourself.

The city was told and warned.

What makes you think I am not one of the many demolition contractors that lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in contracts to this scumbag. What makes you think I didn't notify the feds, idiot.

Tell your Uncle Louie see yea, wouldn't wanna be yea, lmao
