Why can't they put the money, instead of studies, fix the river? At a meeting at Allenstown Elementary School, the residents wanted to know why the Suncook River rose so quickly, when the same disaster might happen again and what, if anything, authorities will do to help. via Concord Monitor

If the government spent money on this issue without wasting the money to study it, they wouldn't be able to screw up the budget and get their new cars for 08'. Be fair, they work hard, ha ha ha ha, sorry. They deserve the money the make and waste, ha ha ha ha. Welcome to new hampshire, now bend over.
