The developer of a 45-unit affordable housing complex in the city's Morningside neighborhood this week will begin seeking out potential tenants who, if they qualify, could move in by late summer.

Shouldnt be hard to fill, the section 8 list is very long. probably end up with some out of towners. Cant wait to see how long it lasts and stays looking nice. I wish the owners the best of luck, but they wont need luck the powers that be will bend over backwards and give them tax breaks to keep up the project. I cant believe they let it be built so close to the school. Good luck
