HA! I agree. If the employees made up the rules instead of following the rules of the company there would be total chaos. It sounds like MP Native is a typical Want To Be that does not know how to do anything other than trying to make smart comments on a discussion board.

I believe Tiffany is referring to business and management creating the rules by which they and their employees operate. The general line employee is not given the latitude to do as they please, otherwise there would be chaos.

I heard that one of the Plant Managers left his wife for some woman in Prepared Foods. Is that true? A Prepared Fodds Manager?

Why is it that Pilgrim's allow such a behavior among their managers but not their employees? Isnn't this a conflict of interest?

The people that work at Pilgrims - JBS now are idiots. If you don't like where you are working and the rules the employer sets then have the morality, guts, balls...whatever you want to call it to leave. Problem is you are all a bunch of gutless whiners that want to have your cake and eat it to. Grow up.

Pilgrims HR Joni Worrell and Ruben Lopez told me I could be rehired after a year away, much to my dismay I was told after I reapplied that I was not elligible for rehire now. Lies Lies Lies. Both of them need to be gone for the misdeeds they have done.

J.B.S just bull shit. The guy who got fired had a bad day. But in the same since if pilgrims let just anyone carry a gun on the premises there would be no telling what kinda of drive by, or wanna be thug shootings would happen. All i know is out there at pilgrims there will always be someone complaining about their job or the rules blah blah blah.. If you gotta a problem with it go flip burgers or join the unemployment bus. Seems these days thats the american dream. For everyone else arguing about how much money they make grow up. We are all adults here so get off the rag and grow a pair

At Pilgrim's if you want someone fired just have a couple friends write statements to jive with yours. No investigation will be done as it should be. BTW, Machine Operator your almost out of film on machine # 1. LOL.

Pilgrim's got the $25 million dollar judgement against them reversed. Now what do you think of that?
