Has anyone heard anything concerning the status of the lawsuit involving the Farmerville growers?

Last I heard, Pilgrims is working hard to buy extra time, in an effort to get the growers into a court other than the one in Texarkana. This court is evidently too conservative for them, and they want a more liberal minded Judge that more broadly interprets the constitution, and is more accepting of criminal acts by corporations.

Huh? I thought that a more liberal minded Judge would be more inclined to defend the middle class working farmer. Isn't it the conservative movement in this country that has aligned themself with Wall Street and major corporations? And being that the PSA is basically a regulation being imposed by the government to protect the farmers from unethical meat processors in 1929, aren't conservatives trying to remove regulations from major corporations? If I am wrong then I stand correction but this is how I understand what liberals and conservatives base their ideology. Conservatives want less government regulations and liberals want regulations to protect the middle class from powerful corporate greed.
