Neglect of pooper scooper laws

Has everyone forgotten that it's the law to pick up after your dog? Or at a minimum, common courtesy to clean up after yourself...something your parents should have taught you when you were young. Especially with this new strain of "dog flu" you would think people would be smarter. In a neighborhood full of other pets and children, it is only sanitary to clean up after your dogs and not leave surprises for others. And bottom line, it is just RUDE to let your dog go onto someone else's lawn and leave it there for the owner of the home to find. Please be courteous and responsible.

I totally agree with you. I do not own a dog. And I hate it when I have to clean up after some dog.
