These fires are going to connect and run to Big Bear. Get out of the way of this one!

In regards to your numerous reports on wildfires, please allow me to provide a much more important story behind the headlines. As Chief of Global Emergency Response ( www.waterbomber.com ) I also serve as International Liaison to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (similar to our FEMA and national Guard combined). Since 1995, Russia has offered to the U.S., free of charge except for fuel, the largest and most effective fire fighting air tankers in the world. Each of these remarkable planes can stop a raging wildfire over an area equal to 12 football fields, in less than 15 seconds! Members of Congress, the FAA, State Department and DoD have all encouraged the participation of these unmatchable assets. The USFS, however, refuses to allow ANY foreign competition to its small, antique, private air tanker fleet. The IL-76 Waterbombers are 4 times larger than our largest C-130s, and several times more efficient. U.S. taxpayers lose billions each year needlessly BECAUSE of the USFS and its refusal to think outside of its corrupt and incompetent practices. Look at the links section of the website for previous news reports and Congressional support.
Thanks, Tom Robinson, Chief [email protected]
for informational purposes only....I have received the President's "Thousand Points of Light Award", two "Governors' Gold Medals" and the "National Heroism and Community Service Award", among many others, for my work in international fire prevention. I have flown several international missions on the IL-76, all of which were 100% successful.

To whom do we send a letter to get someone to pull the trigger and let this happen?

A thought on how to get the Il-76 Waterbomber here:

Considering that most of the fire damage was on unincorporated land, why isn't San Bernardino County suing the USFS to force the issue? Something to ask your County Supervisor. And what attorney has the cojones to file a class-action suit to likewise force the issue? Any comers?
