UPDATE: Bicyclist killed in DUI crash identified

A bicyclist struck by a suspected drunken driver in Yucca Valley on Monday evening has been identified as 56-year-old James Willison.

well it seems very unfair that the drunk driver in this case is enjoying his children and wife on this holiday season and his victoms wife, children, and devistated grandchildren will suffer the worst christmass of thier life and will have many hard holiday seasons in the many years to come.the drivers children probably like all young children have trouble sleeping because of joy and the excitement the next morning will bring, meanwhile the children of the victim, have to spend christmass eve listen to thier mother, cry herself to sleep once again.the victom of this horrid tradgedy will never watch his wife open another clever gift, or see his granddaughter's/grandsons face light up as she/he see her/his special gift, or to recieve another gift from his children to show thier total graditude for all the years he worked so hard for them. this crime will never be claimed by justice and that is the new tradgedy in this case. happy holidays michael shannon goodpastor hope you enjoy the rest of your life ,since you destroyed the lives of so many with one selfish careless and everchanging act and a very stupid decision.
