We're from NY and from the first time we have visited Gilbert, WV Penny has welcomed us and gone out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We have been coming back every year because of Penny. To the person who keeps on writing those negative comments about Penny, it sounds to me like you are just jealous of her and you just have a personal issue with her.
