I hope the Ranchers win, although I bet the won't. It's time for LV to suck it up (pun intended) and stop the uncontrolled and unmanaged growth once and for all. the slower the growth and the more the restrictions the higher property values will grow. It's time for the people and city to stop caving into developers and builders. They made this mess, don't destroy Northern Nevada because of your many mistakes. From a 4th generation Las Vegas native!
