Great. Not bad enough we have incomptetent crooks from our own area robbing us. Now we have loons from other states doing dumb stuff in our area. Are we a magnet for the criminally imcompetent or what?

It's kind of funny in a way. The police say they followed at a safe distance because of road conditions. Last Thursday seven (7) State, Sheriff, and Silver PD cruisers were all doing about 75mph down Hudson Street around 7:30 pm. Some day they are going to involve innocent people and some one will loose their life because of response time. Fender Benders at Walmart are not that important that we should be put at risk while local law inforcement have their ear to the cell phone, speeding, without seatbelts. Guess laws aren't for everyone.

So much for the safe distance. Too bad a Silver Cop Rearended a Sherrif at the scene. What kind of action will the city take to make the cops slow down before someone is killed or injured because of these rouge cops.
