Second cougar caught and killed near Pinos Altos

A second mountain lion was captured and killed Tuesday near Pinos Altos. The 80- to 90-pound female lion is the second to be captured in the area in the past week. Full Story

Those snares work great. I wonder who would be out riding with a man stalking lion still out there. Everybody in the community is probably really bord not being able to be out much with killer lions on the loose. Thankfully only minor injuries resulted. Sounds like a small lion this time. Kind of weird there were two.
