Though I understand it's not part of your religion while it IS part of what JC taught. Missionary work and "spreading the word" is key to Christianity and always has been.

In fairness, he was only 19 or 20 at the time of his tax issues. Most people that age struggle to balance a check book, never mind managing large sums of money or navigating the complexities of the US Tax system.

Is their spreading the word anymore intrusive than a salesman knocking on your door to sell something, or calling you, or a carnival barker? Or the relentless and endless commercials on TV.(The last item is pet peeve of mine, and why I pay a large premium cable fee monthly.)

I think you understand that Christians/missionaries don't only preach to Jews. If you do then you know you and yours are not being singled out for conversion. If you don't, then you need to educate yourself on these matters.

If you do realize this truth yet still speak and behave otherwise, then some might think you were exhibiting paranoia, or even a persecution complex.
