Programmers have studied the system and all of its faults, beyond my rhelm.
There was a great NY Times article a few days ago on it. And the bottom line was
1. Its a mess
2. Most roll outs are a mess
3. It lacked project coordination, mainly because the vendors were scared of the cumbersome procurement standards, ironically put in place to guard against excesses such as Haliburton last decade.
4. Its repairable

Were your ancestors indentured laborers?

Or were they paid on a daily/weekly basis for the menial job of road building?

The roads were built by people some of which are my ancestors but I'm not tooting my horn here the tax payers funded the building of the road , so the road is already there, just needs to be maintained.
So doofus are you seriously saying that the federal government doesn't collect a gas tax?
DOOFUS,

Replacement of local bridges and roadway realignments are "minor maintenence"?

Butthead,

My ancestors built them too. They were paid for their services by tax dollars. Today, as you stated, the roads need to continue to be maintained, again funded by tax dollars. But because you don't pay federal taxes, you're not paying your full, fair share of that maintenance cost even though you continue to use the roads, ergo, you are a MOOCH.

Oh, Hugh is at least humane in many ways unlike all the dunces (COR, Frijoles and you) here.

BTW, when will you get around to answering the 3 simple math questions I directed at you - you boasted that you're "excellent" in math, right?

Had you been a mathematically challenged dunce like FRIJOLES or HUGH, I'd have forgiven you but you made some tall claims about your math skills which is why I am pursuing the matter for the last time.

If you can't answer the Math easy questions just say so. No loss of face.

Not true, you have failed to prove that.

Objection assumes facts not in evidence.

maroon

A term of derision often uttered by Bugs Bunny when referring to an interaction with a dopey adversary. It is a mispronunciation of the word "Moron"
"What a Maroon!" "Will ya get a load of this maroon"
