If you have any morals you would agree that whether it is a group of people or individuals that conspire to strip you of your property , its wrong.
I think the question is: whose property is it?

We may not agree on that.

And how important are our possessions?

Life isn't really all about stuff.

And if a church congregation in your neighborhood gets together and decides that you owe a tax because you live in their district it is justified even if they take your property by force, according to your logic.

A church or a VFW club or a gas station or a strip club.....

Not sure where we're going with this or why.

Are you saying the tax laws apply to everyone but you?

Umm no
But that same constitution states that persons or property shall not be seized absent a warrant.
So you're saying that taxing and seizing are synonymous?

Interesting. Though evidently the law doesn't see it this way.

Best to get over it.

Cool I'll be over tomorrow for your flat screen.

That is where you are missing the point, If a group of people get together and determine that your property is theirs, that suddenly makes it moral?

Don't worry about where it's going, answer the question.

No, I am asking for the facts that the law applies to anyone.

incredible list of supposed horrors that increasing

The demonized chemical compound is a boon to plant life and has
little correlation with global temperature.
By HARRISON H. SCHMITT AND WILLIAM HAPPER
WSJ.COM 5/8/13: Of all of the world's chemical compounds, none
has a worse reputation than carbon dioxide. Thanks to the single-
minded demonization of this natural and essential atmospheric gas by
advocates of government control of energy production, the
conventional wisdom about carbon dioxide is that it is a dangerous
pollutant. That's simply not the case. Contrary to what some would
have us believe, increased carbon dioxide in the atmosphere will
benefit the increasing population on the planet by increasing
agricultural productivity.
The cessation of observed global warming for the past decade or so
has shown how exaggerated NASA's and most other computer
predictions of human-caused warming have been—and how little
correlation warming has with concentrations of atmospheric carbon
dioxide. As many scientists have pointed out, variations in global
temperature correlate much better with solar activity and with
complicated cycles of the oceans and atmosphere. There isn't the
slightest evidence that more carbon dioxide has caused more extreme
weather.
The current levels of carbon dioxide in the earth's atmosphere,
approaching 400 parts per million, are low by the standards of
geological and plant evolutionary history. Levels were 3,000 ppm, or
more, until the Paleogene period (beginning about 65 million years
ago). For most plants, and for the animals and humans that use
them, more carbon dioxide, far from being a "pollutant" in need of
reduction, would be a benefit. This is already widely recognized by
operators of commercial greenhouses, who artificially increase the
carbon dioxide levels to 1,000 ppm or more to improve the growth
and quality of their plants.

Interesting interpretation but exactly HOW does that contradict the article I posted?

Please, instead of mindlessly citing articles, explain what your gripe is.

BTW - the topic of the end point of your slightly off topic cite has been covered many many times by me here. I am happy to open that front if you want. You DO understand the difference in plant metabolisms? C3 vs C4 vs CAM? And the effect of latitude on photosythesis? Because that determines a species response to CO2. Not all plant species are equal (which is why we cant grow tropical grades of wheat)

http://www.gsa.vt.edu/documents/2012projects/... The effects of elevated CO2and heat on plants

"....As a result, it is quite evident that while increased levels of CO2 and heat can increase the rate of photosynthesis, most noticeably seen in C3 plants; however, the beneficial effects are only
temporary, and photosynthetic acclimation will occur. Eventually, the quality of crops will
drastically diminish, and will harm all plants. This is why our world’s agriculture is at risk with
the rate of CO2 doubling in the next century because elevated effects will harm plants’ ability to grow and survive, simply because plants are not able to withstand such extreme CO2 and heat
factors (Kirkham, 2011)....

...C3 and C4 plants each individually respond differently to an elevated level of CO2. The vast
majority of the world’s plants are C3 plants and their cells are not completely saturated in CO2
(Smith, 2012)....

....Therefore, at the levels where carbon dioxide assimilation occurs in C3 plants, 95% of the planet’s plants, they will no longer be able
to thrive (Sherwood, 2012). This will lead to an inhibited rate in photosynthesis and oxygen
emissions from the vast majority of the world’s plants.....

....Because wild vegetation has not been
specially bred and altered to use carbon dioxide to add to its fruits, wild plants will be seen to
cover more area and be overall healthier to the increased global carbon dioxide.

Legal taxation doesn't require a warrant. It's already been spelled out in the tax code.

Joel---Even a fleeting analysis reveals that the dregs of humanity or the most inferior human beings constitute the religious types everywhere.

HughBe--- While I understand your opinion I would not call people DREGS or INFERIOR purely because they are Religious and are typically LOWER in intelligence than the group that they belong to e.g. RACIAL or NATIONAL.

I see Judaism as an example of a religion that certainly supports the point on intelligence and whose pharaohs as a group display dreggish behaviour e.g. lies, deception and dishonesty.

Having said all of that, please tell me which of the categories below you would place the belief in a Supreme Being.

1. Journalism
2. Law
3.Medicine
4. Accounting
5. Lauguages
6. Maths
7. Religion.

Question, do YOU believe in a Supreme force or being?

The White House Says It Had No
Idea The DOJ Seized The AP’s
Phone Records
Grace Wyler
Business Insider
May 14, 2013
The White House claims to have had no idea
that the Department of Justice seized the
Associated Press’ phone records in what the
news organization’s top executives called a
“massive and unprecedented intrusion.”
“Other than press reports, we have no
knowledge of any attempt by the Justice
Department to seek phone records of the
AP,” White House Press Secretary Jay
Carney told reporters in New York Monday
night.
“We are not involved in decisions made in
connection with criminal investigations, as
those matters are handled independently by
the Justice Department. Any questions about
an ongoing criminal investigation should be
directed to the Department of Justice.”
Carney’s comments came just hours after
the AP broke the news that the DOJ had
seized two months of phone records from its
reporters and editors in April and May of
2012. According to the AP, the DOJ has
refused to say why it is investigating the
news organization, but the news company
believes that it has to do with a May 7 story
about a foiled terrorist plot in Yemen.

A group of people I use church because it's close to a governing body in fact in Darien "residents" did just that, paid taxes to the church.

A group of your neighbors get together and decide that you owe them money, is that legitimate to you?
You will pay it because it has already been decided that you reside in their district.
