Which “Sword” the Prophet Used against his enemies: Part-58

Our prophet was not only a preacher. He was also an able administrator and a just ruler.

Those who have experience of administration know when to act tough and when to act with leniency. A King, Ruler and President knows which criminal to pardon and which to get executed. Those who do not have this experience may only speak in idealistic terms. Such idealistic persons are never able to administer any country or state with efficiency.

Beside so many “Swords” which we have mentioned earlier on this thread. He also had a sword of steel. When no other sword worked and the only solution was to wield the sword of steel, he used that also.

Any one who has read his biography knows that how reluctantly he had to use it. We present below, some of these cases, where prophet had to use the sword of steel.

The case of: UBAI’ BIN KHALAF OF MAKKAH

UBAI’ BIN KHALAF was a resident of Makkah, he was one of the most bitter enemy of Mohammad during his days of Preaching in Makkah. There were many people in Makkah who did not accept his message and rejected him and his message. Most of these people however respected the Prophet personally and aside from theological differences, did not use abusive language against prophet.

There were few people , however, who exceeded this bound and crossed all limits of social behaviour and decency when opposing him and his message, amongst such person was this UBAI’ BIN KHALAF, he used to taunt the prophet and used to lampoon his personality.

He used to come to say to the prophet, I have a horse and I feed him grain every day, so that he become big and powerful, I will ride on it and kill you from that horse….prophet used to keep quite listening to his boasts….when the things continued for many times….one day Prophet said, INSHALLAH, I will kill you one day.

UBAI’ BIN KHALAF got very much scared hearing these words of prophet, and he went away quietly thinking very hard. He missed the Battle of Badr some how….but he was with Makkan army when the Battle of Ohud took place….he was riding on his “fit and powerful” horse.

When the Muslim army went into disarray…and false news of prophet being killed spread like wildfire, this UBAI’ BIN KHALAF went in search of prophet saying “If Mohammad slipped from me this day, I will never get another chance to fulfill my vow”

He went on searching for prophet on the battle field, until he found prophet injured and surrounded by his few followers, He charged towards the prophet asking him to come forward and fight…..the followers wanted to stop him, but the prophet said,“No, let him come”.

When he reached near the prophet, prophet took a small spear from one of his companions, dodged his weapon and hit him with the spear which just scratched his skin near the neck. He made a loud noise and went away shouting “Mohammad has killed me,. Mohammad has killed me!”

He went back with the Makkan army howling and crying….Abu Sufyan, The Commander of Makkan army,, admonished him saying “It is only a facial wound, why you are making so much hue and cry about it”

“You do not know in how much pain I am” said UBAI’ BIN KHALAF “Mohammad had said to me in Makkah, Inshallah , I will kill you, by God, if he would have even spit on me, I would die”.

He went on crying and howling in pain till he died from that would during return journey to Makkah a few days later.

UBAI’ BIN KHALAF holds the dubious distinction of being the only human, to be killed at the hands of Prophet. Looser and hopeless is really the one who had to pick the “Sword of Steel” from the hands of prophet, ignoring all other “Swords” that he wielded.

Such was UBAI’ BIN KHALAF and such was his inglorious end.

rabbee: support anything, other than G-D for too long. then this witchraft, becomes idolitry.

though G-D has commanded the ingathering, does not mean they are going about it the way G-D desires. so i support the fact, that G-D is having them return. but not the false reasonings they are giving for it.

one must be carefull, about the terms i or we did it or are doing it. when it is G-D WHO is responsible for actually commanding it to happen. which can result in G-D, commanding a more tragic happening. if we are angering G-D, in the process of following G-D what is already commanded.

01. I think we have had enough of this subject. We said to each other what was to say. Let people decide who is speaking the truth.
02. You are totally wrong and confusing the whole issue. Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq have no connection with the Palestine.
Before 1917, only 10 % Jews lived in Palestine and 90 % were Arabs.
So the land of Palestine should have been divided 90 % for Arabs and 10 % for jews.
And in their 10 % Jews could invite Jews from all over the world to live there, we have no problem with that.
This is justice and justice is what would solve this problem.
Not arms, not wars and not being Bully and keep a Big daddy to support you all times.
rabbee: well really does not matter, what this world says is just or true. if it is not what G-D, says is just and true. when G-D told Avraham, to move. then Avraham moved, even if the rest of the world mentality rebels against it. then all you become, is a difficulty against, what G-D has commanded for any one. and always tends, to result in tragic consequences. with any mental rebellion against G-D, becoming tragicly physical.

and all the tragic results in this world, are the results of angering G-D. for no nation, group, or individual can rule this world. because G-D rules this world, for six days. something we can never really afford to forget.

and acoording to scripture, no one but adam and his mate get to rule the world for the last day here in TheStory of Creation. which the world has never gotten right with G-D. so we must do i, over and over. untill the world makes up, our mind to do this right with G-D, and not against G-D. for there is no way, into GanEden for this whole world against G-D.

01. I did not start this series in the form of "apology". We have nothing to apologize for.
Why only our prophet, every prophet of God has to come out with clean hands. You have very false notion about the stature and office of prophet, that is why you make such loose comments about them.
Prophets of God and God' chosen people and His selection is not humans. He picks up best and most suitable persons for the job.
02. Prof. Margoliuth is the "most biased" scholar that I have seen. The way he accepts parts of the same Hadith and reject other, as per his own wish, tells of his bias.
03. In Islam there was never any ban on any branch of science or technology. It was Christian Church which banned study of astronomy. Quran is the Only Scripture on the face of earth that can stand on its feet with discoveries of Modern Science.
04. My posts might look like Anti Western to you, but you should also look at your posts, how anti Islamic they are. These are two way streets and you cannot put whole blame to one side.
And West's progress in science and technology does not mean that they have become experts on every field. They have to learn from Eastern people about religion and how religious debates and discussions are carried out.
05. There is nothing like Modernism. Every age is Modern to its contemporaries and becomes outdated to those who come after them.
Human nature and things which are bad for human civilizations do not change just because we live in Modern age.
Sexual immorality, Sodomy and Lesbianism,. Free Sex, Alcoholism, Narcotic consumption , Gambling and Usury shall always be bad for human civilization, irrespective on in which age we live.
Islam deals with these fundamentals and bans each and every thing that is harmful to human civilization as a whole.
rabbee: well you all, owe G-D an appology for your mental attitudes against HIM. does it matter, whether all you hypocrites judge each other in your own untruness to G-D? what is the point, of making those in your religion happy, if they all make G-D unhappy? kissing anyones butt, to make them feel good. is not going to get you, anywhere with G-D.

all the signs in the world, reveal that G-D is unhappy with the whole world. and you all act, as if everything is fine with you?

I noticed that televion tends to show more controversial opinions, makes for more interest holding programs.
I recall Ali B. a dutch morrocan rapper (If you ain't black you ave no cause rappin. Just my opinion. It looks wanna-be) going to Israel and the territories. Israeli rapprs were declared non-interesting. The gaza-pssies however were rude and opiniated, so that made for a more interesting biassed program.
I also i the Bush ears talked to a high-school kid that had with his class been interviewed by CNN about Bush's policies.
Well they were selected and trained weeks in advance, so all appeared wellbehaved and nothing out of the ordinary was said.
Which was interesting (having seen the interview)because just about every person had a strong opinion. It made them look like they were slightly retarded.
For this program you mentioned they could also have used Ethiopean origin jews. The tone would have been different, but Biden was a strange cookie.
I'm by the way a big fan of Obama and his policies. And frankly none can move the process. So it's no chip on my shoulder.
And why do you not support Israel?
rabbee: because giving your support to anyone or anything but G-D, is called idolatry. and even to give your support to arabs and palestineans, is still called idolatry. i can't even afford to give support to myself, without the danger of it becoming idolatry.

and you can give your support to obama, instead of G-D all you want. but it's still witchraft, leading one into idolatry. why else would i not give, my support to any politician today. because most politicians today, are antiG-D idolaterous sorcers or witches. who do not want you, to support G-D above them.

A friend of me just told me that muslims are backward. Why?
In Nigeria they just beheaded 3 South-korean doctors, and shot nine nurses that had come to give polio-vaccinations.
Accusing them of the west wanting to kill the muslim-population in Nigeria by culling their children. So you must be backward-thinking to come to a conclusion like that.
Wel i agree.
So far the spread of modernity and pro-science stance of muslims.
Because the christians overthere don't react like that. They know about immunisation and that polio can lead to paralysis and handicaps.
And bokha haram are against anything that reeks of western education.
Well that's thus no education!
So MUQ, i'm not buying your tune of modernity not existing.
If not it's needed badly.

Excerpt From UNCOMMON WISDOM By FRITJOF CAPRA:

R D Laing in no way denied the existence of mental illness. But he insisted that, in order to understand a patient, the psychiatrist had to understand him in the context of his relations with other human beings, which included very centrally the relationship between the patient and psychiatrist himself. Traditional psychiatry, by contrast, has followed a Cartesian approach in which the patient is isolated from his or her environment - conceptually and physically - and labeled in terms of a well-defined mental disease. Laing emphasized that no one has schizophrenia like having a cold and went on to make the radical assertion that in many of the classic psychiatric texts the very psychopathology projected on to the person called "patient" can clearly be seen manifested in the mentality of the psychiatrist.
QUESTION:
Where lies the flaw in psychiatry/psychiatric methods as described above by Capra?
rabbee: well the problem with psychiatry is, they are tring to make diverse disease, more in line with their diverseness. and who would want to be treated, by any group that has a higher rated of mental imbalance than any other religious group?

My kidney stones were analyzed and found not be from oxalic acid, so that is not a concern.

Besides, you need a relatively high pH (7-8) for calcium to even be available to plants, and even after incorporation, calcium, like most of the rest of the plant secondary macronutrients, is not very mobile.

The Cl is more of a problem. It results in desiccation and salt burn of the plants, as well as lowered resistance to disease - usually months later. Its a big problem on our landscape here in the NE due to snow management.

Yes, the life-threatening attacks became too persistent and far too serious and so I quit and cut all ties with master.

Surprisingly, despite backing out, the yoga experiences are continuing till date in a most spontaneous way.

I've now turned into a silent witness of the whole process and have no wish to actively participate and invite more horrific attacks from the adverse vital beings.

Anyway, I've just come in after a long day. Busy with paper work and was at the new Altamount Road apartment this afternoon checking the marble stone and granite stone flooring work that's underway. Furniture and fittings will follow. Chose the furniture earlier and will order the suites as soon as the basic work is complete. I've chosen ivory white for the walls in all the rooms with peach, coffee brown and pale gold hues in patches in select areas. A wall near the French windows in the living room leading to the terrace garden will feature exquisite lapis lazuli stones employing pietra dura inlaid work in novel geometrics and the French windows will have stained glass sheets in place and so on......I've designed the interiors and made certain interesting architectural changes in the apartment.

I'll shower a little later. I tend to shower 2 or 3 times a day.

Communicate with the divine?

Communicating with what you call the "divine" can only be done via trance when the individual's awakened consciousness merges with the archetypal consciousness of the being that it calls the divine .

I don't know what you mean by the divine.

Is that the absolute?

The absolute is very different from God or a being that styles itself as G-d/God.

If it's a single being (among numerous rival beings) that you worship, as it has to be given the teachings of the scripture, then that's your exclusive idea of the divine.

Each faith has its own being or a mass of beings that believers worship.
