Now you're just making me blush.
Do you ever blush?
How can you tell?
Just curious.
On the other part of topix it hit me.:"/

I read the soup/bagel spewing...and still nothing.

Silly post...though i was also not thinking that, but more along the lines of : HB are you ever ashamed of yourself.
And having gossiping J more in mind.

The point is that i have mainly African friends and Caribean neighbours. Like HB but then on a mirror-island so to say. Clean seas...:))

So ofcourse they blush. Allover too.
Just like whities.

Are you going to get nailed by the storm? We are expecting 12-22 inches.
It's the high winds that I'm concerned about. I really don't want to lose power again.

Check the spelling. IN-IF
Also of note. I did not use "", you however did, and so shifting the meaning to just an expletive and suddenly saying nothing about neither the Person nor the Attribute.
And as for the last: as in giving false testimony i have you.

The anger is of a generalized form, and it comes out in many of your posts.
Take it from me son, when I am angry it is not hidden.

Your post is pure CS.

What comes to mind is the question of whether Huggy follows the teachings and philosophies, or not. I think not.
Frijoles-- I think not.

Frijoles---Actually it was about his divinity. You failed to keep up with my clarifications. Twice.

HughBe--- It was NOT about His divinity. YOU have now brought it to that and in the process you have deceived your silly little self to believe your own LIE.

The original point is about His existence. Stop making yourself appear stupider than you really are. You have a greater problem with being truthful than you have with your stupidity.

The fact is you are not really stupid, you are just plain LIE, DECEPTIVE and DISHONEST and ALL these negatives are by-products of your religion.

My brother is heading for Mom's house in OG so he'll share in the snowy fun.

We're in the bottom of the snow band - more like 1-3 inches last I heard.....speaking of Huggy :).... I know he'll take my previous query in his usual good humor!

Love bagels. I take them home, cut them in half, and put them in the freezer. Then just pop them open by twisting a knife and pop then in the toaster when ready to enjoy.

I like the stinky "everything" bagels.

yeah, NWS just changed the forecast to 24 inches starting in the morning. We have a small driveway - to be done by hand. Bigger problem is getting up my street.

Hugh is too infra dig.

He gives me the creeps.

His being is petrified and warped.

He should be mocked using a mix of light humor and sarcasm and kept at an arm's length and at the same time he should be firmly shown his place using simple logic that's sufficient to topple his al mumbo jumbo or outlandish beliefs.

Religious bigotry can turn an impressionable person into a most irrational individual or worse into an intolerant monster.

Religion is all about realization or direct experience and has nothing to do with talk or head bowing or knee bending or text torturing.

Well, anyway, you be safe, happy, healthy and prosperous in all ways, always.

I going back to reading Fritjof Capra's "The Web of Life" - a great book on systems theory that directly ties in with the synthesis on mind-matter. He's used modern scientific paradigms and ancient Buddhistic and Vedantic principles to drive home the point.

SYNTHESIS OF MIND-MATTER:

The author of The Yoga Vasishta asserts that the world is relative to the mind and must therefore be mental in basal character if the possibility of its being known is to be achieved:

"The subject cannot be aware of the object unless they are related. And there cannot exist any relation between two heterogeneous things. Relation implies identity, for it cannot be possible between two utterly different objects. The cognition of the object by the subject therefore establishes their substantial identity. If they were utterly different from each other, knowledge would not have been possible; the subject would ever remain unaware of the object as a stone of the taste of sugar. The whole world is merely ideal. It does not exist except in thought. It arises and exists in the mind. The whole universe is the self-expansion of the Mind Force. It is a huge dream arisen within the mind. It is Mind alone that has assumed the forms of time, space and movement."

WOW!

Bye.

PENETRATING INSIGHTS ON MIND-MATTER BY MAX PLANCK:

1) "I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derivative from consciousness. We cannot get behind consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness."

2) "We have no right to assume that any physical laws exist, or if they have existed up to now, that they will continue to exist in a similar manner in the future."

3) "Science cannot solve the ultimate mystery of nature. And that is because, in the last analysis, we ourselves are part of Nature and therefore part of the mystery that we are trying to solve."

4) "As a man who has devoted his whole life to the most clear headed science, to the study of matter, I can tell you as a result of my research about atoms this much: There is no matter as such. All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter."

Perhaps the odors you are experiencing are a manifestation of that nasty cheap vindaloos you keep buying from the street hawkers down by the Kindia ferry wharf...

For it is truly written...

So don't go criticizing Israel for having perceived differences based on different religious beliefs if the Muslim countries do the same.
I have no problems when people have differences based on some thing which can be changed.

The problem with Isreal is not the religion, but the land which they call as their own.

It is not their land, it is the land which Muslims controlled for much greater durations than Jews ever had.

The problem in Palestine is of land not of religion.

Jews should hand over the land to Palestinians as was before this Mass Immigration of Jews to Isreal started, or partition the land so that Arabs get their part and Jews their part.

And then jews are free to use "any type of apartheid" they want in their lands.

Pure and Simple? Is it not?

One Day the Jews shall beg for this solution, remember it!!
