it is the us-constitution, that designates the check and balance roles of each of the branches of the us-government.

The private market could come up with much better solutions than government, the city of Stamford pays a company to take away recycling, at least they were paying about 2 years ago.

But the conversation revolved around about how to administer those services that are communal in nature. You got hungup on partial services that can be outsourced, such as collection, and tasks that were inherently private to begin with, such as sidewalk snow removal. Those are interesting and all that, but they are tangents. The real question is how to admininster in common services and tasks without some type of organization.

I asked you for an example of a community or society that does not have an organization to accomplish these types of things. You seem to want to go in that direction, so it is only fair to ask where it has been done successfuly.
