Grass fire threatens local homes

Is not "public endangerment" a criminal offense?

That is a General term, to make it a crime there has to be Public Endangerment Of (Ad term here), also intent has to be proven. I doubt that the brainless twit that dumped the ashes had any intent except to empty ashes. This moron probably won't get a littering ticket.

This is the back of my parent's home. My heart is breaking right now. I can't believe someone would dump their hot ashes along a road-especially with 35mph wind gusts.

The phenomenal ignorance in Silver City never ceases to amaze me.

Right because you don't see things like this done and said anywhere else in the world. C'mon man.
