One can only imagine what will become of this poor creature if found. What is a mountain lion to do in the mountains? This is HIS home, not ours! It is terribly unfortunate that a man was killed and I feel for the family but, the animal kingdom is running out of places to live. You hear about these stories all the time, man bitten by rattler, bear found in back yard of home, etc. We as humans are encroaching on the home of animals NOT the other way around!

If you think feeding deer and other wild animals is bad in the Silver City area, you should see the Ruidoso area.
Rangers and wardens need to start fining people for feeding wildlife. Feeding them also leads to weaker breed.
