WV is a one party state. Put a tape recorder on you child and tape it. You then go to the prosecuting attorney and demand
something be done about it. If not you write an article in the paper but you have to sign your name to it and have facts. You then take everything you have that is a proven fact and send it to the state superintendent. You keep on those people like they do your children and they will soon tire of it and do something.

I ride this bus and she does yell and scream at people. The second day of school she gave me a copy of her rules and there are 40 some rule and she told me to pull up my pant, but really I think she was staring at my butt. She does drive to fast and look in her mirror at the kids at all times. This is the second week of school and everybody is tried of the way she does things. I think she is mean because no one in her family likes her and she can not get a man. LOL

We took that bus driver with 10 other parents to the bus garage. That was a joke! He yelled at her, just to pasify the parents. Nothing was done to her. My child got wrote up for reading his Basketball magizine. She stares at the mirror the entire time she is driving and has to slam on her breaks for coming to close to cars in front of her. She is a danger to all children, and they wont do nothing because she is protected by a union. I also had a 3-way with a board member and the bus garage director and I was made out to be the most stupid person who's child does nothing wrong. I ended up driving my child to catch another bus because nothing was done. Good luck to your chilren who has to ride her bus. She calls the kids names my step neice was called a whore by her and nothing was done, was brushed off like nothing was said. Also a little boy who has to sit by a window because he has autisim she called "retarded" my child witnessed that nothing was done. So what can you do? Nothing.
If a bus driver did that to my child,I would be afraid what I would do to her.I would be calling all the way to the white house if that is what it took to get rid of her.TEN parents and they still won't do anything?I believe I would have a meeting with all the parents and DEMAND her to attend,if she likes her job.

Thats the good ole Wyoming County BOE school system for ya. Woman from last year went several times, she called the womans 5th grade kid a bitch and a slut. They did NOTHING. Same with everything else and I know this from experience, reguardless of the problem you are having, they just do a LITTLE something to passify the people complaining. NOTHING changes.

First of all I'm not going to reply to the comments about the busdriver on the welch road, the problems just need to be worked out and that can't be done by writing garbage here. I will reply to the comment made about the accident that happened with the little boy. A tragic accident, just that. What happened was a fear that every busdriver has and whether it was experiece or luck we had avoided it throughout the years until now. Don't think there was even one busdriver who didn't shed tears for that little boy, his family and the busdriver. Some of us still do cry over what happened. We love those kids, we listen to their problems and watch them grow up. We pray everyday that we get them to and from school safely. We all pray before every in-service meeting for the safety of us all. The busdriver that was involved in this accident was a very caring experienced driver that will never get over this, it will haunt her for the rest of her life as I'm sure it will the kids on that bus and the families. So saying the comment you said was cruel and thoughtless until you understand how deep our feelings go for these kids. Yes, there will be problems as I know there are at home, but we do care for these kids and their safety. I agree, shame on you.

I feel they need to get it taken care of ;just ask to meet with the parents on here that have children on that bus. When I ,as I am sure other people hear that a child has to go through a bad incident having to do with school,we feel angry. We want it to be a good feeling ,happy time in a child's life.Ask to meet then discuss, would definitely be best. Some people do stretch the truth or lie;I am not saying that is the case in this incident but it does happen.Causing pain for many people.

I am so glad that you spoke up for this bus driver. She was a neighbor of my elderly father for many years. They are wonderful people and I know from experience that to deal with the elderly is like dealing with children. Not just anyone can do it. It takes a special breed. I have the utmost respect for that family. I hope to see them again one day to thank them for all they did for my dad. Once again THANKS!

You have got to be joking. Nobody is making up anything. Especially over something so petty. Grow up!

First of all it is very unfair to bring up that incident again. The bus driver was in no way guilty of anything there it was a total accident. You make it sound like she killed this child on purpose. Shame on you.
Second 60 isn't old, to you whipper snappers(read young here) it is but to us experienced people it isn't.
This is true! This accident should have never been brought up. What we are talking about in this case, is a mean, rude and ornery bus driver(who chooses to be this way, and apparently has gotten by with it). I can't understand why the Board has not put her on some kind of corrective action already. This is our children she is messing with! These actions have effects on children for the rest of their life! Parents, you must protect your children from this uncalled for treatment. This bus driver needs to relize that you are not going to tolerate this junk from her!

Bus driving is a very stressful job, Not everyone can do it,We have alot of responability hauling your children everyday, We strive to get your children to and from school as safe as possible, Some kids know how to act, others do not, It only takes one second for an accident to happen,We have to have order on that bus at all times, Please understand this,We are not trying to be mean, JUST SAFE, Thanks

What you say is true but I do know there are drivers who know how to relate to children and there is mutual respect.I do know people are upset over the drivers being changed from last years route:believe me that women is one in a million.I doubt if they can find anyone that would come upto her standards.Excellent driver plus Loves children.I don't know the driver who took her run,so I can't really give a fair opinion about her myself.Anything to do with children should have a positive affect.

There is a difference in keeping order and being just plain stupid with a list of 40 of the craziest rules ever. I realize it only takes a second for an accident, that is why the drivers should keep there eyes on the ROAD and out of the mirror. I do believe that most drivers are out for safety but some are only out to be control freaks!!

She is a b*tch! Try going to cosmetology w/ her! I would rather walk my kids to school then let them ride her bus! No one at school could get along w/ her, I could only imagine being on a bus she was driving...

Forty is just an estimate of the long list she has. I guess I should have specified that. But these rules are her rules and some of the stupidest things I have ever heard. I know of a child getting in trouble for smiling on her bus. Yes, I did say SMILING. Now, how horrible is that?

she did attend, believe me it was all a joke!!! Good luck to ya if you think you can do anything. Also watch about threating her or doing anything, remember she is protected by a union and also all educational workers including bus drivers are protected with stiffer penalties.
