Do not deal with this company. They will cheat you anyway possible. Everyone that works there will tell you a different story. The thing is they deal alot with people that draw a check and will pay what it takes to keep the items they have so they put information in the computer different from what you ask for, for the soul purpose of being able to charge late fees and such. Almost all of the employees are rude and hateful. There are a few that you can deal with but they dont work inside the store they do delivery and pickups. They raise payments and you dont know about it til you go in to pay. They tell you that it is going to be one amount and then drop the bomb that the price went up. If you have a computer from them and decide to give it back, make sure you delete EVERYTHING because they take it back to the store and back to the shelf without doing any kind of clean up on it. They will tell you that they do, but our computer still had saved passwords and programs from the previous owner. They told us that it had only been out for about 5 weeks and they had just got it back in and cleaned up, but in looking you could find programs that had been on there for over 5 months. BTW Best Way is owned by the same people just a different branch of them, but I dont know if they are the same way or not.

Sorry but I dont agree with you. I have gotten several items from them and am very satisfied. My pc went down and they took it back twice to fix it for me. Always returning it quickly. And they came and got it and brought it back. I have also gotten appliances and furniture from them. Never once were my payments raised. And any place charges a fee for being late...simple solution..pay on time. IF you are a good customer they are a good company. No one has ever been rude to me....Just my opinion.

I returned my stuff from there before they unloaded it. I think the delivery guys were smoking pot in the delivery truck before they came to my house. I could smell it as soon as they got out. I just told them I changed my mind and to return their stuff to the store. They weren't rude tho...they were actually smiling and in a good mood....go figure! lol

First off when you tell them you get paid every two weeks and thats how you want your payments, and you pay 2 weeks in advance and they put in the computer that you want to pay weekly, then you are going to be late according to their computer, therefore getting charged a late fee. They were very prompt on delivery, they were only 2 hours later then what they said they would be, but did explain that they were extremely busy that day. The person who hooked up our computer done it wrong and we had to tell him how to do it. I have papers here that say our payments were $87 a month, but they were charging $89.99 a month, plus they put it in the computer wrong making it where we were actually paying $94.99 + tax. The guys who delivered our items no longer work there and they have a new delivery guy, he is pretty nice and all, but the rest of the people are rude and obnoxious. I would give more information about particulars but feel that would endanger my family because the manager because of comments made by employees and the manager of the store. I am simply using this site for what is made for and that is informing people of our situation with that company and they can use it how they see fit.

I did not have any trouble with them personally. If I had a problem without being able to pay that week they said for me to call when I could. Of course you have to pay a late fee then. They would come to my house and pick up my payments, when i was pregnant cause I was on bed rest, and the never complained.
But that was just my experience.

I have been a customer with them every since they have been in Middlesboro and I have never had any problems at all with them. If something messed up,they would come and get it and always brought a replacement to use until my stuff was fixed. They were also very kind enough to call the hospital last year when I had surgery to see how I was doing. I also had them come to my home to pick up my payments before and they were always very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

we called and asked for an exstention on our payment from wendsay to monday due to a death in the famiy, they were at our house leaving notes friday and saturday saying if we didnt come in and pay it, they were turning it into legal.. i have all the papers they left on our door.. not to mention the phone calls that took place after we had them come and get our stuff and they put a hole in our wall, and during the conversation the manager let us know that "I know where you live". yeah everyone should do business with a company like that.

I bet you are the kind of people that gets stuff and dont wanna pay for it or always late on your payments id say these rentals places hate seeing some people coming..i have also done buisness with e-z rentals for yrs and there never was a problem i payed on time and they have never been rude to me...

no we are not that kind of people. we wouldnt have ever been late but the person who put our information in the computer put that we was paying weekly, and we get paid every two weeks, that is the only way we got messed up. we even took the paperwork back to them and told them it was wrong, and they told us that they were changing it, i dont believe they ever did. we had more then one item from them, the first we returned by the 2nd due date because it was messed up.. not to any fault of theirs(i will give credit when due and they had nothing to do with the faultiness of that item). the first issue was they didnt know how to hook up the computer we got from them and we had to tell them how. the second was the item we had to set up because they left but before we could even do that we had to go back to the store to pick up part of the item that was left there, on top of paying for delivery (even if it was only $10, we still paid and had to go pick up part of it). I have personally done business with rent a center for years and have a very good record with them, would be excellent except i got sick and was off work and had to defer a few payments to the end on one of my items, ez rentals was cheaper on the items we wanted is the only reason we went there to begin with, but from now on i will pay the extra to have the service i get with rent a center.
