I know you have probably heard this more than once but eat lots of good stuff (veggies & fruits)replace ur sweets with just that, cut down on soda(replace with juice, flavored water), cut down on eating out. Try to walk or sum kind of movement at least 30 minutes 3 x week if not daily, all of us know what we put in our mouths, sometimes it's not WHAT we eat but how much. Cut down on portions especially if you are eating something that isn't good for you in the beginning, grease, mayo, canned meats, sandwich meat like bologna, butter. Take my advice & you will slim down without even trying just being sensible about eating.

First thing is not getting discouraged. The weight will not fall off all at once..it takes time and perseverance. Drink plenty of water, eat smaller portions through the day, and get plenty of exercise. The very best is walking...not only will it help you lose weight, it's also good for your heart, lowers cholesterol, etc..plus, it gives you more energy. That's the best way to go. Just do it the right way..not diet pills, or diets that work for a while or never work..walking is my opinion, and it's also a proven fact. Good luck and stay strong!!

Yup! I agree with person that posted right after me, don't give up, always remember it takes time to put the weight on, it takes time to lose it, it seems longer when you are trying to lose it but just stick with healthy plan, cut down on the things you know are packed with fat, sweets, chips, pop, mayo, grease, butter. Moderation in portions,& if you don't keep the bad stuff in your house it isn't there to eat. It does take wiliness, determination, & putting your foot down, tell yourself you want to change, when you are serious, stick with healthy eating habits, do that daily, in time you will feel better & start seeing weight drop off. Don't expect it over night but it's up to you & your wiliness & how bad you want it. God Bless, & Don't give up.

Another thing, don't eat nothing after 7 unless it's apple, orange, grapes ETC! Your metabolism lowers after 7, don't burn fat as fast or as much as you do throughout the day.
