MR. Taylor has always been a decent man, that helped all at least once. He has never stole money so he fixed a couple of bonds at the request of the sheriff's department Why is this bad when the jail is over crowded and people are sleeping on the floor? What wouldn't he do for you Mr.Cox?

I have been through the system. Avery County the most. The law enforcement agencies there kept me in the system. I reported corruption before former Sheriff Richard Buchanan was investigated and I wasn't the only one either. Avery County ia a small place where everyone knows everyone else and they back one another even when they are wrong. Robert Taylor was a brother to me and he had nothing to gain. I don't think he even knew that I was a voter. He never fixed a bond for me. I was a former group home kid. From one of two homes in Avery County that has been hated by the County for sometime. I was harrassed by School recource officer(John Millan) And later County and City Departments. I have been on boths sides of the law in this small County. Yes I have a misdomenor record. I love Avery County and the people that live there. God Bless the great people who work live and play there. There are some very kind and hard working people who live there. The Government has been corrupt and will stay that way until the state or federal agencies are in there a few times. Believe me Robert Taylor is one of the best men that resides in the County. God Bless his Family.

Our local Clerk of Court tried to use the excuse that I would not release a bond without a judges signature or something in the file directing me to do so,to fire me. She had been trying to dismiss me against my civil rights. She along with her supervisors finally accomplished that.
I have brought to our local Judges attention repeated violations against the States Workplace Harassment and Violence policies along with religious discrimination.
Clerk of Courts, as elected officials think that they are without jurisdiction, therefore not accountable for their actions. AOC's WPHP specifies that the Clerk of Courts are accountable to the local resident judges.
I just hope that justice will be served in this case also.

Lets face it I know its old news but....why was Mr. Taylor reported???? From my understanding he was reducing bonds for several years...and only when he announced he was running for Sheriff the real crooks got scared...

Jason Boughman was caught in the act of assaulting his ex-girlfriend on one occasion and trespassing on school gounds on another. He is a depraved menace to children. It is laughable that this miscreant is crying of harassment.

j. Last I saw him, which has been about two months, he was doing really well. He's a good man, and never deserved the all the hell he went through. Thank God he was finally set free. Although I believe he is still owed a big paycheck from being put behind bars for ten years being an innocent man.
