Larry Kass is a horrible evil Human Being and a Greedy Untalented Doctor. Great Liar though...
I can tell that every one of these reviews were written by the same person. He/She uses the same words and has excessive anger. This went on for 6 months in 2011. I wonder if she/he has recovered from this vengeance. Otherwise, I suspect a heart attack.....maybe death as you cannot carry this kind of anger and live long.

Never trust a doctor who doesnt have an operating suite, real patient photos, and a full time surgical staff.

I cant believe he stole my money and blames my eyebrow for falling. Quack!

It looks to me like many people. Not just one. This doctor is a hazard and unskilled in cosmetics. Run, dont walk from his offices.

I am beginning to see that plastic surgery is not an exact science. We all heal differently. Of course, the skill of the doctor is paramount in these situations. What is one to do when looking for a good doctor? Their own personal websites contain all positive comments. How do you find out about the negatives? Places like this are a Godsend, but I still wonder if the scathing comments are from one or several dissatisfied patients.

Are you going to have it fixed? Sorry about your misfortune. Your comments make a lot of sense! I was wondering why he didn't have an operating suite, instead, he uses his office. Red Flag??

IF HE IS SO BAD, WHY IS HE NOT BEING SUED AND HOW CAN THE MEDICAL BOARD NOT DISBAR HIM? I HAVE A HARD TIME BELIEVING ALL THESE NEGATIVE REMARKS.
I ALMOST THINK ONE PERSON HAS A VENDETTA AGAINST HIM HAS WRITTEN ALMOST ALL OF THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
IF HE REALLY IS THAT BAD.....WHO DO PEOPLE RECOMMEND IN THIS AREA FOR COSMETIC EYE SURGERY?

I don't know if he is really that bad, since I have never been his patient. As far as the other people that have posted, I do believe that some honestly have had bad results. We all heal differently, and doctors perform surgery with different techniques, so I don't know. There is a Doctor in Largo, associated with the Eye Institute on West bay Drive. I know people that have had surgery and that are very satisfied. But, do your own research. Her name is Jasmine Mohajder.

I had terrible results from surgery with Dr. Kass. Years later it is still a living nightmare. There are so many more talented doctors in Tampa Bay.

As a prospective patient of Dr. Lawrence Kass, I am happy to read through any and all GENUINE reviews generously provided by former patients. I am in the research phase of my journey (seeking surgical revision for an eyelid surgery that I'm not satisfied with), and I believe that real reviews from former patients are invaluable in this decision-making stage. Note the words "real" and "genuine," however.

I do NOT believe these reviews are all authentic. In fact, it's quite flagrantly obvious that most of these comments were written by the same rage-filled, anti-Semitic bonehead. The glaring bigotry and borderline-psychotic obsession with this doctor really calls the author's credibility into question.

So, what does that mean for somebody like me, attempting to research surgeons? It means that 95% of this thread is confusing and worthless. Reading it has been a complete waste of time.

A few things...

1) Oculoplastic surgeons are not JUST eye doctors. They're eye doctors who complete their plastic surgery training with a special focus on the eye, the orbit, nearby structures, etc. It is basically common knowledge that they're the best people to see for eye-related surgeries (as opposed to general plastic surgeons, who typically perform all sorts of different surgeries instead of focusing on one particular area). The angry party keeps mentioning this doctor's oculoplastic background as though it's a negative. For anyone seeking eye surgery, that couldn't be further from the truth.

2) Unfortunately, there are no guarantees when it comes to plastic surgery -- or any surgery, for that matter. Everybody heals differently, and complications do occur. There is no such thing as a surgeon with a 100% patient satisfaction rate. There is always and element of uncertainty with regard to surgical results. All we can do as patients is pick the most qualified surgeon(s) we can afford, have reasonable expectations about the outcome, follow the doc's post-op instructions to the letter and hope for the best.

3) If you are truly interested in helping others avoid an undesirable outcome or a surgeon you feel is unqualified, give DETAILS. What were you not satisfied with? What actually happened? How far post-op are you? What procedure was done? Is it still healing? Is there any chance you're reacting prematurely? Don't publish a bunch of vague comments about how Dr. What's-His-Face ruined your life; it isn't helpful. Makes it seem like you're much more interested in defaming the doctor in question than you are interested in helping people, and that -- much like your disgusting anti-Semitism -- ruins your credibility.

Dr. Kass is truly a specialist and expertise in oculoplastics. My wife and I carefully researched him before choosing to have him do my surgery. Now, Ive never been happier, or looked better! Dr. Kass is the cream of the crop when it comes to doctors. Anyone looking to have their eyes done, I highly recommend him. My wife says I even look 10 years younger! Id like to thank his amazing office staff, and the great Dr. Kass for making my experience a pleasant one!

This was my first time visiting Dr. Kass and the first time experiencing fillers. It was a great experience and I am so pleased with the results. I had Botox in my forehead and radiesse in my marionette lines. Dr. Kass made me feel very comfortable and took as much time as I needed to go over these fillers and what would be the best for me. The office staff was very welcoming and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Kass and have already booked another appointment in August!

I read this article from Goodhousekeeping. First thing I thought of was I wonder if she was also Larry Kass's patient. Pays to research to find the best Doctor. Not the Cheapest.

My youngest had just graduated college, and after doing everything for my kids my whole life, I decided it was time to do something for myself. I found Dr. Kass on realself, and after reading through his credentialing and reviews, I called his office and eagerly made an appointment. I must say, right from the start that Dr. Kass and his staff were very kind and welcoming. There's a homey feeling upon entering the office. I first met with Dr. Kass in October, and had my procedure early November. Originally, I only planned on doing my Upper lids, but after meeting with Dr. Kass, he addressed several other concerns I had, and therefore I chose to go with my lower lids as well as a mini face lift. He spent more than hour addressing my concerns and answering my questions, I knew I had chosen the right doctor for me. His office gals, Mary and Kate, were as helpful, kind and as sweet as can be. They answered all of my questions and concerns that I had forgot to ask Dr. Kass, and they made me feel like I was special, not just your regular run of the mill patient. His nurse and med tech were just awesome. They made sure I was comfortable at all times, and that my family was able to take care of me and answered all their questions. The results I have received from Dr. Kass' procedure have exceeded my highest expectations. It's been a little over a month since my surgery, and I feel and look GREAT! The swelling and bruising only lasted a week or two. I had hardly any pain after as well. Sometimes, I have what Dr. Kass calls residual swelling, but its minimal. My eyes look bright and beautiful! My face no longer sags, and the best part is, I've been getting carded at the restaurants again! It's great to feel this young when I am as what my kids say is "old". Thank you to Dr. Kass and his superstar staff!!
