OMG! This is nothing against the accused in this case, its about the courts. 6 years for a fatal crash was the judgement, but the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney's Office asked for 111 months or roughly 9.1 years. Illegal immigrant, non-english speaking (only mention this because he couldn't possibly read the road signs), heavy equipment he is unlicensed for, at night, no lights, one of the busiest roads in the county. Charge: Manslsughter. So here it is: Knowing these facts, what do you think you would have to do to earn a 30 year sentence in Florida, specifically a sentence handed down Pinellas County?
