Mt. Sinai road named for Iraq war veteran Joseph Dwyer.

Former Army Spc. Joseph Dwyer did not die in battle. But to those who knew Dwyer, who perished alone in a drug-induced haze in his Pinehurst, N.C. , apartment, he was a victim of war just the same.
