Goody's Clothing Store Closing

Moore County is losing one of its more popular clothing stores. Goody's Family Clothing Inc., which operates a store in Pinecrest Plaza in Southern Pines, is liquidating its operations and closing its stores.

I tried to go online to Goody's website (www.goodysonline.com ) where I normally pay my
bill. I do not receive a paper statement anymore, so I have no idea how to go about paying
my bill. What are we suppose to do??????????

The Goody's Card wasn't run by Goody's themselves, they went through a company... so technically you were borrowing and owe that other company... not Goody's...

I would like to know if anyone has found a way

As a level 3 manager with keys, I refused to sell to my customers the Goody's Credit Card. It had very high interest rates and the card was not ran by Goody's. Many of my customers had no desire for additional sources of waste and that was what I saw the Goody's card as ... waste of tne customer's money. I am sorry that Goody's went out of business. But, it was ran by crooks and it was the crooks that took our jobs.

you can pay your bill by this web site 1 just did so on 3/10/09. use all lower case letters. i still get paper bill and it was on it.https://onlineaccess.mycred itcard.cc/goodys it must be done just like that! hope it helps god bless!

here's help for paying your goody's bill online. check your e-mail confirmation from a past payment, at the bottom of the page you can click on a link that takes you directly to the page you will need to pay your bill. I just used it to pay my bill less than 5 minutes ago.

Goddy's or whoever, is trying to make an additional $10 off of us by forcing us to pay by phone. I think this whole thing STINKS. We were not the cause of them going under and we should be able to make a payment FREE - after all nobody's bailing us out!

After going to website, I was directed to call customer service. What a hoax! You are charged a $10.00 fee to pay online. You might as well pay the jerk over the phone; it costs the same. The difference is you will recieve a confirmation and a name to go along with the problem if you call it in!

Our store in Pinehurst, NC had a sign in it that stated they will no longer collect money owed on their credit card. So, I am assuming that means, you do not have to pay anymore. You are free and clear for that account. Makes me wish I had opened an account last year and used it! I do hate to see the store close though. It had good stuff in it. And this is a small town so more stores the better.

For the last 2 months i have paid my bill on line and i have been charged 10.00 for doing so. I think this is another big wig outrage. They went out of business and they are still ripping us off. All i want to do is pay my bill in an honest fashion but honesty doesn't exist with some people any more.

Goodys was never in charge of the cards. They are issued by a seperate bank. The in store payment option was just a service they offered. Its not the companys fault that the bank is charging you a fee for paying online.

It's not surprising that Goodys has gone under from the way their stores were run. I too am having trouble paying my bill on line even when going to their recommended website, https://onlineaccess.mycreditcard.cc/goodys . Just another example of why they failed. I tried to pay my bill at one of their stores with my debit card awhile back and was told they did not accept debit cards only cash or check. Now I ask you is this stupid or what? Which do you think would be better a debit card where you get your money immediately or check were you hope the check is good. Also the store I shopped at didn't have shopping carts, you had to carry your purchases around in your arms until ready to check out. I only have two words for Goodys (GOOD BYE).
