I have read Waiting for Mozart and have recommend this book to Catholics and non-Catholics alike. The appeal of this book its central character Father Joe Burns. He's a deeply troubled and flawed priest, but ultimately it's his compassion and love for God and the Church that I found myself sympathizing with. Enjoyable and enlightening to read.
