Risk Level 3 Sex Offender to be Released in Pine River

Cass County authorities report a Risk Level 3 Sex Offender, Daniel Paul Tomann, 47, is scheduled to be released from custody on April 19 and has disclosed his plans to reside at the 400 Block of Fifth Street in Pine River from April 19 to May 1. On May 1 he plans to move to the 1100 Block of North River Road in Backus.

I can't believe they are letting that monster out! My daughter is still wakes up with night terrors because of him. All i can say is watch your lil girls closely.

he has done his time.people do change and can change i am sorry for what your daughter has to go through but does not mean he i a monster.everybody deserves a second chance.

I agree with what ever. People need a second chance. Most people are so judgmental and many many times the newspaper prints the swayed version from the prosecutor of what really happened. I'm not saying that is what happened here but you can't believe everything you read in the newspapers.

I Googled this mans name to see where he was located. I'm a 38 year old mother with 4 children now. Three being girls. This man raped me when I was turning 14. He has forever scared me. 15 years later the State called me into Court to testify what a monster he was, because he had TWO more same-age girls, that their parents wanted him behind bars.

So, how many chances do you really think he deserves?

How many more times can he tie a young girls wrists together? How many more nightmares?

I'm 38 and still have nightmares. Very traumatic. I'm sorry your baby had this happen to her. So sorry
