I would like to add that if the Dekalb County Sheriffs Dept. had done their job the first time and picked Brown up on the warrant they had, he would have not been able to kidnapp his wife a second time. He also assalted his wife's 80 year old Mother, who was with her at the time of the second kidnapping. The wife and her Mother had reported to the Dekalb Co. Sheriffs Dept. on the Thursday night prior to the Friday kidnapping that Brown had violated the order to stay away from his wife. I would like to know what it takes for domestic disputes to be taken seriously, before someone gets killed?
