In Oct. there will be three years that this happened. I agree there needs to be a investigation by some one who knows how to do it. These people were accused of a crime that didn't even happened. To Eddie they had a lot of smoke but no fire. If investigation would have been done none of these people would have been arrested, splattered all over the media and their names ruin. What happened OCS worker place these children with someone she knew who wanted to adopt, of course took from their parents and accused people of this horrible crime, just didn't think they could afford good lawyer. She was complaining in court that more lawsuits were filed. The Mother and Grandmother filed a lawsuit, Barry and Marla Giglio filed and Marty and Brandy Blood filed lawsuits. These people's lives are forever changed by these false accusations. The charges against Marty and Brandy Blood were drop in Evangeline Parish and a no true bill was returned in St. Landry parish the evidence did not support the criminal charges, so remember the charges were of rape. When a woman goes to the doctor and says she's rape he has no problem examining her and telling if it's true. There's no difference when examining a child. THE EVIDENCE DID NOT SUPPORT THE CRIMINAL CHARGES.
