This business has communication and customer service issues, all at the customer's expense. They have chosen not to release my vehicle to me for the agreed upon amount nor have they completed the botched paint job to my satisfaction. I was paying them for a service, but had to bring in an outside associate, at the owner's request, to assist him in simply removing hardware on the vehicle while it was at this shop because the owners, nor their employees, could do it themselves without further damaging my vehicle. After they damaged my car, they tried to charge me an additional several hundred dollars but haven't compensated me for my damage???

Mrs. Watson we informed your husband of the delay in completion of his vehicle and he gave us more time to complete his vehicle. The person who worked on Mr. Owens car walked off the job because we needed him to make adjustments to the vehicle and he refused. I explained all of this to Mr. Owens. As far as the extra $400 Mr. Owens had alot of body work to be done to the vehicle and he came into to the shop to see the additional work that was necessary to complete his vehicle to satisfaction. Prior to seeing what needed to be done, he approved the extra $400 over the phone. Unfortunately we did not have Mr. Owens come in and sign a new contract but this has truely been a learning experience for a young entrepreneur. You stated that the customer service was poor but Mr. Owens met with us just about every week to see the progress on his vehicle and to drop off parts. He thanked us many times and stated that he appreciated the improvements made. Mr. Owens has been a customer of ours for the last 3 years. We chose not to release your vehicle because you did not want to pay for what we agreed upon. Now Once the car was completed I personally sent a text to Mr. Owens and he responded back by saying his vehicle looks great and he also understood that we needed time to reassemble the vehicle. When it was time for you to pick up the car, you chose to void the verbal agreement of the additional $400. In closing Thank you Mr. Owens for supporting Richie's Tires & Accessories over the last 3 Years
