I think that another developement in this area would degrade the infrastructure that surrounds FDR park and the former president would turn over in his grave to let developers spoil the beauty of that area,also the area of highway that goes into the subdivision would be a hazard as more and more congested at 1 acre lots that an additional 191 homes and where would the sewage go? Also A BEGINNING PRICE OF $400,00 APPARENTLLY THESE ARE PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT GOING TO BRING JOBS TO HARRIS COUNTY BUT WEALTHY RETIREES.

I certainly do'nt see it being a problem if their as well planned as long leaf.

Will Callaway Gardens remain open to the public. If they sell off all the land around robin lake, what attraction will they have to replace it with?
