When they asked him where his leg was, all he could say was "I'm stumped"

This guy is an idiot. He lost the same leg twice for skydiving, you think he'd stop?

Hello, why didn't he take that thing off before he jumped. If I find it, I'm keeping it. He's stupid.

I agree. Just take it off and there are no problems, and people on the ground won't have to worry about legs falling from the sky.

Sorry dude, I don't feel sorry for you.

I have no sympathy for stupidity, nor stupid people.

Just because he's handicapped doesn't mean he should spend the rest of his life sitting in a chair watching tv. I say let the man have some excitement.

ok, now i'm no expert on getting around when one has detachable bodyparts but wouldn't it make sense that if you're an amputee planning to skydive, to maybe leave the wooden leg in the car?
some poor guy is sitting at his barbecue drinking a cold one and THUMP, he gets hit in the head by a wooden leg falling from the sky.

He should at least have a safety rope atached to the leg so if the leg becomes detached he won't loose it. an object falling from the sky can cause real damage to a structure if it hits anything.

No one denies his excitement rights, but, hey, does he want to keep the leg or what? Everyone here just seems to be saying that he should leave it somewhere safe or attached it securely and then jump out of a plane without legs clunking us in the head.

i have heard that prosthetics are ridiculously expensive. that in mind, i sure as hell wouldnt want to throw it out of an airplane and have it careen toward the earth at 112mph.

"Just imagine the poor guy who is
brought into the ER by his family
from sudden,loss of consciousness.
He awakens in the trauma unit to
be informed by doctors that his
head injury was caused by,
"a foreign leg falling from
the sky: etiology unknown".
** That would be an interesting
story to explain to

yet another valid argument not to jump out of a perfectly good airplane.. because it isnt particularly safe to do on one leg!

I heard that this guy consulted an attorney about filing a lawsuit over his loss.

The lawyer told him (ready?)...
that he didn't have a leg to stand on!
