I would like to suspend the right turn on red at Route 46 and New Road north bound. As a pedestrian I find it dangerous crossing, even though I have the green light and okay to cross signal. Some motorist approaching route 46 from New road show no signs of attempting to stop or they seem totally oblivious of pedestrians trying cross. Right turn on red at that intersection makes no sense, especially during rush hour: all it does is put pedestrians in danger and creates conflict.
