Dogs make a excellent meat loaf if you've ever developed a taste for them. I don't recommend bulldog though. They're a bit stringy compared to others. If you do try it (I usually refer to it as "dogloaf") then i would suggest using red bone or great dane. The pure breeds are quite expensive though. Mutts are actually not that bad, much better than bulldog anyway. I also add onion and bell pepper to mine.

two cents you need some kind of cents cause you have none that is just pure cold hearted!!! Liketoknow he is just a ole white english bulldog, he has someone who has loved him and he is someones pet he is great dog but he isnt mine and who ever had him has lost him, he is very lonely and has been slightly hurt, he needs to go home to whoever owns him, please pass the word around, he cries and someone loves him he is way to big and healthy to have not been loved.

Obviously you've rarely eaten dog or you'd know that the breeds you mentioned have a very poor "meat to bone" ratio - WAY too much bone to make the processing worthwhile. And you've offended someone who is sincerely trying to reunite a sad pup w/its companion human. Hope the person is successful and can ignore your rather dark attempt at humor, two cents! Ignore the cynical comments, Dog Lover!! You're doing a good thing!

While it is true that they may not have a lot of meat on their bones, they are still quite delicious. Just go easy on the salt and pepper when trying these breeds in your meat loaf :)
