what happened to sonya? i think she is so pretty.her and mark made it for along time.now he has teresa and seems happy and sonya has jw and they seem happy.as long as it stays this way it will work out good for the kids.i wish them both luck in there new relationships and hope that sonya is not bruised up to bad.GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!!

Hmm another piece of work of the sheriff, Sonya wrecked her car in the cold springs area. Left the scene because she was DRUNK and wow she wasnt arrested?

I was on the scene after the wreck before Sonya left. She was hurt pretty bad. Her car flipped at least a couple of times because she swerved to miss a small deer. Two men were on the scene when I arrived and they helped get her out of the car. She was bleeding and in pain and very scared. She was not drunk. Since no other car was involved in the wreck we encouraged her to go to the ER. A man and his wife took her from the scene towards Pikeville so her parents could drive her to the ER.

Listen people i have been in law enforcement for about 7 years now and there have been many accidents i have worked where someone gets injured and a friend will take them to the ER cause they are scared. They dont think about what can happen legally. I spoke with Sonya shortly after she returned from the ER and she had a small concussion and several broken ribs. I have seen people with concussions before and they will appear to be drunk. Everyone needs to stop with the freaking rumors and get a life. Everyone always gets on here running their mouths about rumors they hear. The only reason the alcohol bit came up is due to the dispatcher putting to much of the wrong information out over the radio. Its stuff like that, that gets this bull started and can ruin peoples lives. Web sites like this are like little women in sewing factories, always saying stuff about things they know nothing about, but act like they know it all. So people get a life and let Sonya live hers in peace.

Sounds to me like the jimmy haters and jealous wannnabees take over all these discussions. Bubba is exactly right. and unless there is damage to anothers vehicle or property, its not a crime to leave an accident. What has happened to the town and county i grew up in? we are better than this. we used to support our own and help and protect those who were in a difficult spot or facing adversities or issues, not attack and belittle them. We ran to their aide, not ran behind their backs to hurt them more. we looked people in the eye if we had a problem with something, instead of spreading malicious falsehoods about them. we latched onto their good qualities-everyone has something good about them-not their weaknesses or shortcomings. we admired hard work and the success of our fellow bledsonians and rejoiced in the achievements instead of working just as hard to destroy or hurt them or their spouses and children. I prefer to think most of us are still that way and dont own computers or visit sites like topix. and maybe this whole thread is just mark nale's or mark's allies way to strike back at something he caused. I like both of these people and love their extended families. i hope they find it in their hearts to forgive one another and can turn to the core values and character they learned from this good county.

Really people, we all know Sonya and Mark, and I think for the most part everyone loves her. When she ran Express Market, she was always so sweet and kind. What is wrong with you people, Sonya is a beautiful person with a beautiful soul, who is just trying to go on with her life, can you imagine going thru what she has went thru. We all should be praying that she is ok, instead of getting on here spreading rumors about her.

A cut and a couple of broken ribs. Helped into a vehicle and went to a hospital (was it Bledsoe?).... easy way to find out if alcohol was involved.... stay at the scene. Having over 7 years of law enforcement experience myself (sorry folks not in Bledsoe County, but real close), I KNOW VERY WELL, how many wrecks occur in that county. And for the record several of the officers who have arrived on scene only to find that the driver had left..... hmmm. Jimmy Morris for Sheriff in 2010. What is so bad about another 4 years of laughter throughout the state.

she does not have jw he is back with his wife and they are really happy or they looked that way when i saw them together the other day.Unless you know something i don't.
