Yes, I am a Christian. I may not be a perfect one but other than Jesus no one is. Are you saying your a perfect Christian? I didn't say I believe gay marriage is ok. Of course I think it's wrong and against Gods way. But in America you should be free to marry who you want and be what religion you choose. I don't even know why I'm explaining this to the so called true Christians. You only see it your way and think everyone should have your beliefs. That's why so many are being pushed away from our belief.

Judge not lest you be judged by the book of your own measure. God is the only one that can judge all of us. Not you or me.

Not welcome by who? An old white piece of trash that nobody gives a rats arse about. Funny thing about them elections is the man that won those blue States also won the red, and if you don't like it pack your crap and set sail, we will be glad to help set you on your way. If a man was actually actually disgruntled he would move out of the States instead of whining like a little b!tch. There is no way you can be a Christian and be a Democrat. Abortion and same sex marriage are not taught or supported in a Christian church.

God is a Democrats worst ememy. And yes Democrats have turned their backs on God. If you are a Democrat you are only pretending to be a Christian.

It is Gods will that Obama be elected for Israel will stand alone. Just wait and watch what happens.

You are a f*cking idiot- that's a mere opinion and I don't practice Christianity and this is why. I have yet to meet one, and people like yourself who proclaim to be the perfect being with your judgmental attitude. So called Christians are all the same, and it's disturbing..no wonder the world is becoming Agnostic...people like you. As far as that goes you can't be a republican and a Christian. You can't molest little boys thinking you will be forgiven on Sunday. You can't let children starve because you are so foolish you forced a woman that didn't want a child to have it. Republicans are Gods worst enemy. Evil as Satan but think they get forgiven every Sunday, basically nonsense bible thumping lunatics. The majority of the Country hates you, and would vote for anything to keep one of your kind out.

When will people like you get it through your heads that we were not electing a Pope in this election. We were electing a President to oversee our best interests regarding the laws of our land. As for religion, that has no place in government. That is why you go to church, dummy! Why do you think our very intelligent forefathers had the foresight to know that there MUST be a separation of church and state. Because of idiotic fanatics like you!

Do you seriously think Romney is some freaking saint?!! Romney himself has been pro choice in the past and even once stated he believed gays should be allowed a "civil union" but not a traditional religious ceremony. I doubt gays give two craps what kind of union they have as long as it's legal and entitles them to the same benefits from a union as you have with your husband/wife.
As for abortion--which candidate made millions off the Bain company Stericycle? You know, that nasty ole company that disposed of aborted fetuses. I'll give your dumb ass a hint. It wasn't Obama!

You'd better stop worrying about who else makes it to Heaven because of politics and look out for your own stupid self!

Why is it always libs calling names. No way stated the Christian perspective according to Gods words and you libs get on here acting like u to tear him or her up. Whats the problem? Who are you guys angry with? Don't the Repubs support you well enough? Maybe you'll consider employeement. Libs simply can't stand anyone who has a moral opinion. Bottom line, Christians do not support gay marriages or abortion and no matter how angry you guys get, its not going to change.

I found the following on the Huffington Post and believe that it is probably the truth:
"Mr. Romney has said repeatedly that his religion would not get in the way of his presidential responsibilities, but the simple fact is that his presidential responsibilities would get in the way of his religion."
Christians all too often claim to believe in the Bible and then support things such as gay marriage and abortion neither being biblically okay.
Anyone elected to public office takes an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United State in representing the constituents who elected him/her, not the Bible or personal religious beliefs. If he/she cannot separate the two then that person should not run for office. If you feel your calling is to promote your personal religious beliefs, you must do it through your church ministry or through your own personal volition but not through public office. That goes for those who sign "pledges" to special interest groups like Grover Norquist's no tax pledge. By signing on to these agreements you are violating your oath of office by putting the interests (and taking money) of lobbyists ahead of the constituents who elected you. Often, lobbyists go straight to the churches to offer gullible parishioners a "pledge" to push "Christian values" into the political arena, i.e. Ralph Reid's SuperPac "Faith and Family Coalition" whose real purpose is to line ole Ralph's pockets. When you buy into this you have become a special interest, often touted as the Christian Right, and are supporting those who are impeding on the Constitutional rights of your fellow Americans.

If you were referring to me, then let's get something straight. I am neither a lib nor a repub. I have voted both parties. I just happened to believe Obama was the best choice this time around. I did not vote for him four years ago. Aren't you the poster who goes by the name "response?" If you are, you know good and well you have done your fair share of name calling. You just don't use all the letters, but we get your meaning.
I really don't care what your morals are, but I will certainly let you or anyone else know in a hurry that there is more to being a moral person than being against abortion and gay marriage. A real Christian would probably rather spend his/her free time volunteering at a nursing home or hospital or doing some other good deed instead of spending it on a trashy gossip site arguing and insulting others over politics, and I include myself in that.
Don't you ever get tired of that old worn out crap about Obama supporters being on a check? Lol. Nothing relevent to any discussion, just nonsense.

Speaking of the bottom line, the bottom line is that Obama is the President of our country. If people like you choose to disrespect that fact, then cry in your cereal all you want. It won't change anything. Oh, and as for gay and women's rights, don't you worry yourself about those issues. You don't have to answer for them. You and the other holier-than-thous will be first in line to enter the Pearly Gates, I'm sure. lmao

What she said is she is a Baptist and believes in the rights of gay marriages. Sorry, that does fly. You cannot be a professing Baptist and then turn around and say people should have the right to same sex marriages. Baptist preach from the Holy Bible, which prohibits and condemns same sex unions.
I'm pretty sure Baptists are Americans too and have their own minds and make their own choices. A church is there to provide you with spiritual guidance not to be the dictator of your life. That would negate the whole purpose of it's existence. If your church is your master then I would find another. No wonder so many who call themselves Christians are so vicious and unyielding, you feel you have no say in your own life and choices. I do not think religion is supposed to work that way - find a new church.
