I know a lot of these roads are state maintained but I can't understand why our Magistrate in District 5 can't scrape all the roads that are county maintained instead of choosing which ones to doI witness this today, now get this they went up scraping with salt spreader on and came back down doing the same, now ignorance goes along ways, you scrape going up and salt going back down.

Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads.

You know I was just thinking about this a few days ago. We had the big snow storm and then the next day after the snow had stopped, there was still snow all over the roads. You drive threw town in Pikeville and there is snow just lying there. You go down U.S 23 and there is snow still all over the road and one lane driving. You drive threw town in prestonsburg and 3 days after it snowed there is still snow all over the place. I couldn't help but wonder what is going on. Did the highway department run out of money or something?
