Since you love Ron Paul so much, how do you feel about him saying about the murdered Navy Seal, Chris Kyle, "he who lives by the sword dies by the sword"? Chris Kyle was a sniper who was shot to death by one of his friends at a shooting range at a few days ago. One of his other friends was killed there, too. Ron Paul has issues.

Nope dear, I will not quit pushing the truth; I did not have the pleasure of witnessing the awakening of Lazarus, I wish I could have though.
I have questioned my religion, I questioned it when my son died, again when my husband died & once more when my Mom died; however ...time has helped me realize even further that I need God in my life, instead of pushing him away; I need to pull him closer ....i'm in no way happy that I lost my family, but I look around & see how things are, i'm glad my son who died very young will never know the evil this world can teach, i'm glad he will never experience the pain that comes to everyone eventually.
I'm glad my husband isn't sick anymore, i'm glad there are no more extended hospital stays with numerous painful test that told us nothing, i'm glad he doesn't feel fear anymore, i'm glad my Mom can walk again in a spiritual sense, she was in a wheelchair for too long; I loved each of them with my entire heart, but I had to love them enough to let them go; to go to God, the only one who could ever love them more than myself.
Love, I don't understand everything ...i'm not supposed to, i'm only human; like yourself ...but I do know there is a God & I know he's good!
It saddens me to know that parents are depriving them of knowing the word of God, parents often teach their children of Santa, the tooth fairy, the easter bunny....but seldom teach them where they came from, the one truth we can hold onto in this world.
I could never say that I loved my child if I never taught him about the one who loved him more.
This is awesome. Unsaved people are so clueless as to the security and strength God provides His followers and have so many silly misconceptions...and He is a much better (and more REAL) being to have in someone's life, especially a child's. Non- Belivers have some silly idea that a Christian is supposed to be perfect somehow and unable to make mistakes or falter. It's not true of course, they just know what true Right and Wrong is and strive their best to do Right and serve God in a world currently ruled by Satan with outright hatred towards Christ and Christians.

I am a Ron Paul supporter and have always liked him and his ideas but I'll admit his comments about Chris Kyle sort of irked me. While it's true that one can live by the sword and die by it as well, I took issue with Paul's part saying that a gun range was no place to treat PTSD. Chris Kyle wasn't "treating" anything, he was trying to help a troubled fellow soldier/veteran re-adjust to civilian life and be a friend. I'm glad at least Rand Paul made good positive comments honoring Chris Kyle ( a TRUE
American hero and outright BADASS WITH A GUN!!!).

I completely agree, I ask for forgiveness every day; I sin everyday, we all do; the difference between Christians sinning & no Christians sinning is that Christians ask forgiveness & are truly sorry for the deed, or thought that brought upon the sin; non Christians though are too pompous ....too self serving (the me mentality) to ever admit sin, let alone ask for forgiveness.

Romans 14:11

It is written: "'As surely as I live,' says the Lord,'every knee will bow before me; every tongue will confess to God.'"

I hear ya, Sister! That's the power of the Unbeliever's Sin, you know? It blinds them, distorts things, and of course drives them to oppose Christians with some of the most absurd claims/accusations imaginable. Sin comforts them, numbs them and destroys any conviction over time with the worst outcome possible: Damnation. The event mentioned in that Scripture form Romans is one I look so greatly forward to. It will be the biggest "get even" or " I told you so!" ever and while I feel sorry for unsaved people, I'll also take "pride" in the fact that all the arrogant idiots and hostile attackers of the Faith from all of the ages shall be made to worship Christ and submit to His authority UNABLE to deny Him then!

Daily Horoscope for May 24

Scorpio

Someone needs some advice today and you're just the person to give it. Wait to be asked, though! You'll be able to draw on your experiences of life, and you might also throw in some spiritual guidance for good measure. If you have some spare time you'll enjoy immersing yourself in a thought-provoking book and then discussing it with someone who's on your wavelength.
