if you are serious about losing weight, lay down the ho hos and pepsi and go outside and lace up your shoes and go for a walk or a jog.
stop kidding yourself with worthless wraps and expensive pills, that make you sick and leave you feeling poopy!!!
you take diet pills and they make u feel high???
you wanna really feel high????
work out for an hour, get those endorphins pumping thru your body!!!
you will feel a high you have never known before and your sex life will be better, you will be happier, you will lose weight and live longer!!!
do some jumping jacks today, its free!!!
