I'm 17 and want to move out?

I was needing some help/advice.
I'm turning 17 next month, and I was wandering if I could move out of my parents house, legally. My parents are terrible people, there druggies and drug dealers. My brothers call me names and beat me. It's so terrible here. I want to leave, but every-time I do they call the cops and I get brought back home.
I have talked to social workers and the cops about my parents and brothers. They won't do anything.
I just want a better life for myself, I can't stand it anymore.
Does anyone know if there's a law, that says I can leave? I know you cannot be emancipated in Kentucky. Is there anything else?
Please I really want help.

State law reads.

Title 1, Chap. 2,§2.015
Age of Majority
Valid for necessities; otherwise, common law generally governs; exception made for war veterans under §384.090 and for borrowing for educational purpose with parental consent (§287.385)
Ability to Sue
May sue by guardian or next friend if unmarried (CR 17.03); if married, may sue on his or her own (CR 17.02
Consent to Medical Treatment
Minors of any age may consent to emergency care or treatment for pregnancy, drug/alcohol abuse, or venereal disease. Minors 16 or older may consent to mental health treatment. Emancipated minors may consent to any treatment (§222.441).
You have 2 more years.

Oh, thank you.
I'll try and hang in here, I guess.

Actually, u can become emancipated in two different ways. The easiest way would be with parental consent, which doesn't need to be in a written document. The harder way is to sue your parents for emancipation due to failure to provide a stable home. So, u should probably consult with a lawyer. But, u do not have to put up with this crap. I pray that u get the help u need to get out.

You definitely shouldn't have to live this sort of life. I agree with "Know your rights" You need to find a way to contact an attorney's office and tell them everything that is going on in your home. They should be able to advise you and may even help you with your situation. Are you still in school and if so have you talked to your guidance counselor about everything? Do any other family members know of your situation? If so, see if they will help you. Surely there is someone in the family who cares enough that they would let you come and stay with them. It is so sad and pathetic that you have to live this way, but at least you are mature enough and have enough common sense to know that you want a better way of life!! I hope you can get out and show your family that you are way more better then they ever dreamed of being!! Once you get out of there you make something of yourself. Stay in school...if you've dropped out..go back!! Let us know how things go for you. Best wishes and I'll be praying for you!

My niece, was in a situation, much like yours. She was 16. I got a lawyer, went to court, and got custody of her. Cost me $600. You don't have to put up with it sweetie. Somebody just needs to stand up for you. And, it doesn't have to be a family member either. Good luck. I wish you the best.

Call the Northpoint Academy. They have people trained to help with your situation. Keep calling social workers. Tell a teacher, at your school. The way for you to have a better life is to stay in school no matter how hard it gets. Just keep telling yourself it will end soon. Don't take your anger out on kids at school, or this will get you in trouble.

At 17, you can join the military if your parents sign a waiver. Go for it! Sure, there are risks involved, but what other way can a hillbilly travel the world and see things others have to look at in books? I have seen the Great Pyramids, the Sphinx, and looked at Paris from the top of the Eiffel Tower. Been all over Germany and to the Netherlands....

Do the students live at Northpoint Academy?
