Well according to Landlord Tenant laws if a Landlord does NOT fix a problem in a Reasonable time frame then then tenant can do 2 things. 1. Fix it themself and take the Money off of rent and the landlord can NOT EVICT you for it or 2. Seek legal actions by Moving and taking the landlord to court to force them to pay for the move if the problem is unlivable. A/C issue's in August in Pikeville is reasonable matters to seek legal actions.RIDGE CLIFF SUCKS! IF YOU HAVE A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM - GOOD LUCK GETTING IT TOOK CARE OF!
