When our forefathers wrote the amendment to give us rights to keep a citizen militia, and bear arms because of these 3 simple and real reasons.

1. Citizens should never be out gunned by the government that serves its people. If that happened, the people could never protect its citizens from dictatorship. Life would borderline slavery.

2. To protect its citizens from unexpected foreign invaders and crime from within its own mis-directed or crime-minded citizens.

3. A man or woman should always be able to hurt food from the wild that God provided us to feed our families.

So we should always have the right to hold, and own the same types of weapons that our government's military and our law enforcers carry, self protection and feed ourselves..

Sounds like a lot of good damn sense to me.

I don't think they knew back then that the citizens would be more trouble then what they are today.

Guns should be removed from the highest meth-using and producing parts of the country. If the states can't show a commitment to cleaning up their backyard, then the citizens should lost gun rights.

Pikeville is a large producer and consumer of meth, with Kentucky, as a whole, being the nation's #3 meth producer and rapidly rising.

The guns go hand in hand, as we've seen, so I am of the belief that Pikevillers don't deserve guns, nor does Kentucky. You are the misdirected and crime-minded citizens in point 2.

You hope law enforcement gets me for what? Expressing opinions? Especially opinions that would be popular with them, such as stricter gun controls?

You people have worthless properties, piles of trash outside and inside your homes, and you think the government is going to come in and take it away because it's so valuable?

If anything, the government would be frightened to come into Pikeville, not because of your guns, but because of your piles and trash and the filth you people happily live in. The clean up costs would be astronomical.

Not to mention, it would be like dredging up the bottoms of polluted rivers and streams, where all the pollution is. Displaced Pikevillers is not a good thing for the surrounding land.

Sorry, only recently, Pikeville has slipped one spot, and not due to smaller output.

Oh, and here is a recent news report about Kentucky's meth problem:

"Labs have tripled since 2008"
"KY is the #3 producer in America"

You can also visit the DEA homepage and look up
'Pikeville" and see what you come up with.

Are you people really that dumb and lazy, that you think it's not hard to find this type of stuff? Do you really think that because you're that lazy, everyone else is too lazy to hit google?

If the 'government' is aware of meth labs enough to count them, why haven't they shut them down. Statistics like that are pure 'big brother' bull shit.

There were no search results for 'pikeville ky meth site:www.justice.gov/dea'

taken from the DEA website. i dont doubt a bit there are meth labs in western ky cuz that is close to where the meth prob really is. in the midwest. so until u got some source for your pikeville claim then u still stand with nothing. ill be waiting for your dea link. just as before u can twist it to say what u want it to but the actual evidence is yet to be produced. but hten again u believe in a god with no evidence and u twist the bible to your liking all the time too.

Again more drivel from your cock washer....what are you specifically doing to help this problem? volunteering your time in schools im sure would help...oh wait your just a lonely guy trying to make himself feel better by talking down about everyone else..

Your area says florida under your name....do you live there or in pike co? you know florida doctors are pumping out pain pills by the millions and its been said I-95 is the pain pill highway..If you ask me you need to start worrying about your home area more than ours, cause yours is just perpetuating the problem not only here but everywhere...

so in closing, why not do something about your house before you go clean someones elses....

your just a sad,sad man

Hey holmes, go to the Florida forums and tell them that. Me, I'm just vacationing here because I actually get out of that hole once in a while.

And let me tell you: drug problems or not, Pikeville looks like God took a great big dump on it when compared to the rest of the country. And I don't only mean the land. Look at the people. They ain't winning any genepool lotteries, I'll tell you that much.
