Where is this home located. Would it have to be moved from present location. Interested need a little more info. Is furniture included? Please reply

the home is located in floyd county. It is on a rented lot and could stay or be moved. No furniture comes with the home.

If you bought this home would it be a total of 4000 the amount owed on the home only not including interest or insurance. If bought for cash would this be the price . If so when and where can I see it.

its 40,000 owed its a 2009 with all upgrades! 40 would be th cash payoff. Or 500 a month. That includes theinsurance.
