Judge Friend is a good man. But, if he continues to stick his nose in other candidates races and keeping that boy of his on the water board, he's going down.

big Kelsey is one of the finest men I know, you get 100 people together, I'm sure he has handed down a verdict somebody doesn't like, but honestly, that person will get on here 5 or six times and bash the man... but he has been nothing but great to me and my family! I respect this man! and his wife also... good people

He's a fair judge, from what I here, but he needs to stay out of politics and get that boy of his off that waterboard. That's hurting him. both things.

hey people, here's a thought, why don't u guys quit shoplifting and selling drugs, and getting caught for DUI and u won't have to worry about whether he's fair or not, the only time I'm in the courthouse is to have my license renewed, now think about that and maybe u could try it

Judge Friend used windmill to get his boy a waterboard job that pays him 6000 dollars a year, plus credit cards and expenses. now, why did windmill do that? votes, people votes. windmill and friend are political butt-buddies. watchout if you're against windmill, justice will be denied. vote against windmill and keep quiet.

I have been in his courtroom on several occasions for a lot of different things no drugs or alcohol or anything illegal. He was more than fair to me and also i was in court the other day and he handed down ruling against every case there except mine. which i knew he would follow the law as it is written now i can't say that for for the other district judge-- when i say he handed down ruling against every case there he did what i would have done if i was in his position and his wife is a lovely woman very professional

Didn't he get in some trouble awhile back for handing down "his" personal justice? I don't know, I'm just asking.

Well, waterboard(ing), is a form of torture consisting of immobilizing the victim and pouring water over the face and into the breathing passages. Whereas, a Water Board, is an organization charged with the supply of water and care of water levels...I assume it's the second answer you're looking for. Hope I was of some help!

I believe he did get into some trouble over that program drug court. He wasnt following the rules. He was creating his own rules. If he liked you he wouldnt be as hard on you but if he didnt you were in for a rough time. I just dont see how they let him keep on being over the drug court program. Oh well I am just glad that I dont have to deal with him at all!
