there's no "dirty" work as you call it...the decision is up the the law judge, not your lawyer, and they have rules and guidelines to follow. Are you so worried about the "dirty" work because just maybe you're one the sorry people that really don't deserve it??!!

<Quote>He never loses, whether you are disabled or not because he pays the Administrative Law Judge that rules on your case. Everyone knows this and he can only get 5500.00 maximum off your case...
I know someone who lost with him!

<Quote>He holds it until it builds up to that amount and then one of the girls will meet you with your check...
since when? My husbands came in the mail!

Well, from what I seen in the hearing room anybody that does not use eric conn on a disability case is a complete and utter idiot!I dont give a sh*t who he screws,I dont care if he is a mommys boy all I know is he is damn good, and really I thought he had law judges in his pocket to but after seeing him in action he just pays attention to the case and reads the information carefully that is given to him and puts a twist on it to where the judge and vocational expert fag is just sitting there with thier fingers in thier ass with nothing further. That my friends is a damn good lawyer. If mine gets denied then the judge would do it just to be a prick not because of the evidence in the hearing because there is no doubt eric won that case.

I know what kind of man Eric Conn is. HE'S THE BEST ON SOCIAL SECUTIRY. He got my disabled Social Security for me. I was injuried at work 11 years ago and when I signed up on my social security I was using another lawyer but learned real quick that the other lawyer was just dragging his heels, never sent me to any doctors or anything and he actually had the nerve to cancel a social security hearing on me because he wanted to go out of town and so i cancelled him and went to Eric and within 6 monthS after switching I had a social security hearing and whenever i needed to talk with Eric I always meet with him. Before I was declared disabled Eric sent me to several doctor and he paid the bills and then when i was declared disabled then i paid him his personal money back as i should have done. When I was declared disabled by the judge then Eric got the amount that the Social Secutrity administration allowed him to charge.. IT IS NOT ERIC THAT DRAGS YOUR CASES ALONG MOST OF THE TIME IT IS THE SOCIAL SECURITY JUDGES THAT DOES THIS... IF YOU WANT YOUR SOCIAL SECURTIY THEN I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO GO TO ERIC CONN and be patient HE'S THE BEST ON SOCIAL SECURTIY.. As for his writing books on social security ask any of the social security judges, if you ever get a chance and they will tell you that Eric wrote the book on how to beat Social Security at their own game.
I WOULD RATHER BE WORKING AS TO BE DISABLED ANYDAY.

Eric, would you really rather be working? You probably aren't even in the country. We know you answer or have a flunky do it for you. I have had to do it, so stop the stupid junk. Ask Mommy for an advance on your allowance.

YES I WOULD RATHER BE WORKING ANYDAY AS TO BE DISABLED. And yes I am in the country for your information. Probably closer that you think. No! theres no flunky doing my work for me. I knew everyone that worked at Eric's office in the past and everyone that works there now never met you though when did you say you worked there?

Eric's mother must have trusted me because she did gave me a advance against what I was to get from Social Security and waited until Eric won my case an d then I gladly paid them back their money plus what Social Security said that they were owed..
You must not have been doing your job or you would still be there...My opinion!!!!!!!

I have seen Eric in action in the courtroom because I had to go in front of the Social Security judge. Needless to say the judge did not make a decision on my case for 8 months after the hearing. But when he did they let Eric's office know to notify me that they had approved my claim .

DON'T REMEMBER YOU BEIG THERE THOUGH

You are such a tool. You actually think we believe you went to his office and asked everyone there if they remembered me. LOL If you were just a former client Pat would never let you talk to all the employees there.

I have a friend that's been signed up with him for close to 4 years and not too satisfied with him because they've only seen him one time and that was at a hearing that was of course lost. I wonder if another attorney could take the case and if won could then sue Eric for inconfidence to collect the 4 or $5,000.00 Eric would have got. Looks like it would work and especially if several of Eric's clients went this route for kind of a class action lawsuit thing.
The other thing that bothers me is if memory serves me correctly I've heard (remember heard of) connections of Eric and some woman by the name of Raven Riley possibly some porn star. And I'm sure a lot of us have seen the Obama Girl slop video.
I wonder if that's why Eric only has time to check on his clients once or twice per case in 4 or 5 years. I think his clients would feel better if Eric would pay a little more attention to them instead of Obama Girl and possible Raven Riley and who knows of how many other possible sluts.
Eric I guess those girls are pretty and all but without the cash I'm pretty sure you know the girls aren't going to give you a second look so cash is where it at. And right now I say with all this hearsay skirt chasing or what ever is keeping you tied up you've noticed your business falling off so well that's the way its gonna go I guess unless you want to start back to work for your clients and get all of those limbo cases lined out. Especially since the cats out of the bag about the $5,500 thing. Speaking of which is there any way to check the statistics on how many cases hes won an how many of them were on the money with the $5,500 thing.

Evidentially you don't know Pat as well as you think that you do. Because I did and do know everyone that works there... I spent plenty of time there when Eric was getting my Social Security for me. I was there everyday for one reason or the other..

The Social Security Administration sets the amount that the lawyer can charge you for working on your social security case NOT THE LAWYER..If the lawyer takes a penny more that he or she is allowed then they could loose their law license..no matter how long that your case takes the lawyer can only charge what the Social Security Administration allows him to charge..

So many people abuse social security/SSI benefits. There are several, several people out there that deserve and worked HARD there entire life for these benefits. However, these young adults in their 20s applying for SSI are ruining it just as bad as the no good junkies trying to collect a buck. I know several young ones trying and applying and if they get it, it's a shame. I know these KIDS can work, and work well at THAT! It's not fair to the others out there, trying, doing without, suffering that these lazy "sick" 20something year olds waste a good, beneficial program.
