No he isn't! He knows what he is doing but you will never see him. I did all the running to get my doctor's papers. All he is there for is his paycheck!!

im 59, got hurt at work and used him to get my social security. i did all leg work myself. run from doc to doc getting papers and things. he did nothing but tell me what to do. well, his employees told me what to do. i never met the guy till my hearing.

i was sent to physical therapy for an evaluation and was told it wouldnt cost me anything as it would be paid by my current medical coverage that hadnt run out yet. well about a year after winning my soc sec i got sued by mr. conn for the grand sum of $300.00

they said it was for physical therapy. but to keep a long heated story short, watch what you sign. they had a signed document with my sig on it saying i agreed to pay for it. which i do not remember signing. i signed so many things and they dont give you a chance to read them, i just thought everything was ok. my fault. but still, the thousands he got from winning my case apparently wasnt enough, he waits a while then sued me and my fixed income for $300 i didnt have to give, and i didnt know i owed.

he is arrogant and evil. but if you want your soc sec, unfortunately, he is the one to get.

i dont know what to think,i hope he has already done the dirty work with the judge behind the scenes but it really has not been that long so there would only be 8 months of back pay.i hear they only go back one year so if it takes longer than that then i guess i wont be compensated for anything over a year.i just hope he gets it done this week.not going to sleep very good this week.

it took me 18 months for the process to finally run. got all my backpay the following month after i won my case. eric did all the "behind the scenes" work before i arrived at my hearing. the hearing process took less than 10 minutes and i was out the door.

hey i have worked for 40 yrs,i went to eric conn;s office in may,i have had back surgery twice,so just this week i got a letter from the social security board that was called an award letter, that i had received my disability, without going in fron of a trial judge ,so ever case is different,i had a lot of dr reports that they had got and they did all the work,so i wont get much back pay,but i didnt even have to go to court, but my records stand for their self so i guess it depends every case is different.he has a lot of people who work for him and i have never laid eyes on him,so he is great ,from what i have seen, just an opinion,i still would rather be working anytime as to be disabled.

i have heard from most people he is great then others say he drags it out.as busy as he is he should not have to drag things out longer than what is needed.it really step to step has been a pretty fast process that is what makes me think i will have to go through it again but we will see.i much rather be able to work,i am not able to give anybody an honest half day of work let alone full day of work.i was in several bad impact accidents back in the 80s and 90s and the doctors told me then you are ok now but in 10 to 15 years problems will probably show up,and boy did they ever.i used to do heavy construction work and it just all added up to almost being imobile at times with me just being in my early 40s,so i hope uncle eric comes through because it is rough with no income at all coming in the home with a young lil boy.

With William Roberts, you can go any time and he's there to talk to you and he'll take your calls when you call. He's a really great guy and the people that work there are wonderful.....No behind the scenes dirty work you all are talking about.

Don't care to put my name on here> I worked there and his Mother runs everything. She has cameras in her office so she doesn't trust anyone. She can see ever place in the building. He never loses, whether you are disabled or not because he pays the Administrative Law Judge that rules on your case. Everyone knows this and he can only get 5500.00 maximum off your case. He holds it until it builds up to that amount and then one of the girls will meet you with your check. Sometimes if he has already made the maximum you will get your settlement earlier. He is a mama's boy little pervert that chases young foreign girls. He knows nothing about the law and claims to have written books what a joke. Judges that rule on the cases only make about 90,000 a year so they are on the take. The last year I was there we had 1400 cases roughly. He won them all at approximatley 5500.00 each. You do the math. He advertises just to get his picture seen and changes his hair color often. It kills him that he is getting old and uses viagra from everywhere he can buy it. Oh, I didn't get fired, I quit because of his mother.
